My apartment is situated in the trendy “Prenzlauer Berg” neighborhood. The apartment is on the 1st floor (Amer. 2nd), facing the quiet inner yard, well lit through two large French windows. The view features a restored factory and studios. The studio area is 40 square meters in size, contains a double bed, a mini kitchen containing everything to chill and cook. The studio has a lucid corridor and a luxury bathroom containing a shower and bathtub and underfloor heathing. The entire apartment is 60 square meters in size and tastefully furnished, mixing modern and classic design notes. Fast internet is available. The neighbourhood is very well liked and one of the trendiest in Berlin. Bakeries, coffee shops, bike rentals, public parks and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The world renowned “Mauerpark” with its many attractions and flee market (on weekends) is 15 minutes by bike. The street is nonetheless quiet, situated between two large boulevards, with fantastic public transportation to the ariports as well as other central landmarks, and quarters, such as Alexanderplatz, the East Side Gallery, Mitte, Friedrichshain etc. You can walk to the Kastanienallee und Alte Schönhauser Allee, two hip shopping boulevards. A lot of young people live here, I am sure you will love it!

My husband Sebastian lives with our very friendly dog Laika mainly in the main house, which is located on the same property. Laika and he will usually welcome you. Our stay with Liane and Rainer on their idyllic farm in the Uckermark was simply fantastic. The extensive grounds with direct access to the lake, the lovingly designed garden and the trusting alpacas and sheep make the place something very special. Everywhere you can feel the attention to detail – a real feel-good place. Our dog was also allowed to move freely and visibly enjoyed the time. A special highlight was the relaxing evening in the sauna – the ideal end to a relaxing day. The surroundings also invite you to beautiful excursions: whether a hike along one of the numerous lakes or a detour to the charming small towns of the region – there is plenty to discover. Liane is a wonderful host: open, warm and always striving to make your stay unforgettable. It was simply harmonious all around – the special atmosphere on site will remain in our memory for a long time. We can't wait to see you again!

The apartment met our expectations in comfort and coziness very well. The interior design is well maintained and invites you to stay. Both options to sit outside, read, eat and relax were generous, private and close to nature. As a host, Christoph was an unobtrusive, always helpful, sympathetic and down-to-earth landlord. The photos of the accommodation were already very nice, but on site it is actually even more beautiful. My wife had tears of emotion in her eyes on arrival 🥰 Everything is in perfect condition, designed with love and very well equipped. Many little things were also thought of, which we would never have expected. Andrea and Mirko are incredibly friendly and helpful. You immediately feel comfortable and can always have a nice chat, even with the rest of the family. The only disadvantage: We were there too short. 😉 We absolutely have to come back and then, for example, also use the campfire and sauna. Thank you for the wonderful time!
