Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Zemunik Donji

We were warmly welcomed and given an extensive briefing. The location to the beach was perfect, it was just under a 2-minute walk. Really great location. The bay invites you to use a standup paddle. We were able to use our sup perfectly. The apartment was very clean and we always got an answer to questions in no time. Parking in the yard was also no problem at all. We will be back, thank you and greetings to the whole family !

We had a wonderful vacation. The accommodation is fully equipped. The pool is beautifully clean. The owners are great, they are always happy to give advice and take care of you. They also brought us fruit and games for children. Accommodation is located in nature, where your neighbors will be only sheep and animals. if you want to take a break from people, this is the right choice. The sea is not dry, you need a car. We were on a different beach every day, it suited us so well. We recommend Lumbrak beach. Thanks again :)

In the house, everything was as described. The only thing that was surprising was that there was no hot water in the kitchen. The location is absolutely perfect, because there is no house in front of it, you have a perfect view of the Caribbean Sea. Unfortunately, the path in front of the house has now been extended, so it is not quite as quiet as hoped. Also, the beach on the left side has now been filled with gravel, so the naturalness has unfortunately been lost. But unfortunately that's so common in Croatia now. But these are really just little things. All in all, a wonderful vacation in a beautiful house with a great location.

We had a great time! The apartment is few minutes walk from the local beach and the supermarket. There are plenty of bakeries and restaurants near by with delicious seafood and pastry. The place was clean and peaceful with a big beautiful garden. Arso was polite and helpful, he also offered us grapes from the garden. Murter is such a wonderful island, will definitely come back!

Very nice, clean place in the quiet village of Betina, everything worked out fine with the landlord, requests were handled immediately. Of course, at this time (November) there are not so many offers from restaurants, etc., but in Murter there are also very good restaurants at this time, and they are just a few minutes away. Anyway, great! Gerhard

We spent an amazing few days at Renata’s apartment. Her mother welcomed us and gave us the keys, she’s the loveliest lady ever. The location of the apartment is excellent, the supermarket and the beach is only a few minutes walk away. The apartment is even better in person than in pictures. We couldn’t recommend staying here more. Thank you for having us:)

Beautiful apartment right by the seaside in Tosni. The furniture is actually more modern than on the photos. The apartment is quite big for 2 persons and the kitchen very well equipped. We loved the terrace facing the seaside and with a big barbecue oven and private parking. The terrace has sun almost all day and albeit the area being quiet, it's a good spot for daily tours to Zadar or Krka. Highly recommended.

Friendly host, great views and even better recommendations to where to go. Easy communication. The grills were amazing, everything clean and neatly done. A lot space for a family, Lovely place ! ❤️

We had our bachelor party with 10 men in Zadar and it was fantastic! The rented house with pool, sauna and hot tub was just perfect for our group. There were also some attractions in the area that were good for excursions. Especially in the evening we loved the lively old town – great atmosphere and really good clubs. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend the house!

This was ine if the most beautiful houses we have stayed in and the photos do not do it justice. Communication was excellent throughout and they were extremely responsive if we had any questions. The house was lovely and peaceful and we'd very much like to return in the summer

Beautiful villa as described, amazing hosts…. We arrived tired and hungry on a Sunday and all shops were closed and within an hour Luka and his wife delivered a plate of fresh cooked pancakes for the kids and some sweet treats cooked by Luka’s Mother, above and beyond and saved the day! Everywhere spotlessly clean and well equipped. Can highly recommend!

Magdalena & her husband were such fantastic hosts and very quick to respond and support us with anything we needed. The apartment is fantastic and we felt it was even bigger and better than in the pictures. There are three good size double bedrooms and one has a great en-suite. The roof terrace is a great place to sit and relax (as long as you bring insect repellent in the evenings!). The pool is a perfect temperature and has plenty of sun-loungers. They have the best BBQ of any AirBnb we have ever stayed in, so if you like to cook outdoors then you won't be disappointed. The property is close to several lovely beaches and you can be in Zadar old town within 30-minutes plus it's also a good starting point for visiting the island of Pag. The small local supermarkets are very expensive so I would suggest doing a big shop at the Interspar in Zadar before arriving as we found it to be about 20% cheaper. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Magdalena's place.

We had a wonderful stay in the villa as a family of 4. The pool was clean and heated. The house was well equipped. There was a great grill available, but we didn't use it. The contact with our hosts was always friendly and accommodating. Thanks for the great time and attention on the day of arrival. Highly recommended from our side.

We had an amazing stay at this spacious Airbnb. The property is large, private, and surrounded by beautiful scenery. The house is nicely furnished, clean, and has all the amenities you need. The peaceful surroundings offer a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. The private garden and pool are ideal for relaxing and enjoying nature. The location is excellent, close to charming villages and scenic spots, yet wonderfully quiet. However, you should have a car to get around. Marjan was very friendly and provided great local tips. Highly recommend for a relaxing, rejuvenating stay!

The place was exactly as described, is very quiet and yet you can walk to the beach and the harbor. Small supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity. Slavko and his wife are fantastic hosts! We were greeted with homemade cake as well as a delicious schnapps and homemade bread, salami, bacon and co. All guests were invited to a joint lunch, which Slavko's wife had cooked. It was super delicious! We also highly recommend the boat trip with Slavko. We totally enjoyed it. Overall, we can recommend the apartment without reservation. If we are in the area again, we will definitely book again!!!

Needed a little guidance from helpful neighbours to find.

We booked this house for one night before our departure because it is close to Zadar Airport. The house is spacious, clean and located close to a port and beach. It has only one air conditioning, not enough for the whole house, it is cool in the kitchen living room, warm in the bedrooms. The house is also close to a soccer stadium and a carnival (mid-July anyway) and our night was extremely noisy, difficult to sleep.

Lovely host, everything neat and clean and there was everything in the house to make yourself home. The terrace was huge and with all the intimacy of the world.

We had a particularly nice holiday. We even extended for the weekend. The house features more than described. The bathroom has been renewed, all rooms have air conditioning, the kitchen is complete with pans, pots, cutlery, microwave, oven. You name it. The pool was lovely, clean and well located. Parasols and sun loungers are provided. Lots of privacy through the hedge around the pool and an outdoor shower. The host is extremely hospitable and solution-oriented. He and his wife are warm people who pamper their guests. We were overwhelmed by the kindness and are grateful for that. For us, this house was perfect. We have three busy children who do need their own swimming pool to not be a burden to others. The house is located near a Studenac (shop) where we got bread every morning. Furthermore, we traveled for rafting, boat boating and eating out to big cities. In one hour by car you will be in Split and Trogir.

Krasna is very friendly and kind. Environment: house last in the street, quiet, peaceful. Large backyard, perfect for family with child. BBQ grill. Toaster, kettle, hair dryer. There was nothing missing. A smaller house, two adults and two small children ideal. There was more storage space missing for food, for example. We would definitely come again in a year

Great house, our arrival was lovingly prepared, with fruit, wine and chocolate. There was a mosquito repellent available, some basics for cooking, sufficient dishes and cutlery. The house is extremely quiet and located on a tiny street. The city is realistically seen probably at least half an hour away, on foot. By car, you can reach anywhere you need to be in about 8 minutes. Many supermarkets, restaurants, etc. The view is extremely beautiful. The only drawback is that the terrace is a little sparse and the umbrella is not sufficient. But that's a small objection to a great house with great views. Air conditioning works great, bathroom is large and clean. Even the sofa bed is comfortable.
