House vacation rentals in Zemunik Donji

A group of 5 friends and I found Margita's home for our end-of-exams holiday and it was everything we could have hoped for and more! Leading up to and during our stay Margita was proactive, providing recommendations, excursions, and an eagerness to assist with any issues we might have. The villa was stunning, cosy and with a lovely interior and the three double-bedrooms we stayed in were comfortable and very pretty. The pool and grounds were also GREAT, large, spacious, and very peaceful. The pictures do not do Margita's house justice as we thought it looked better in real life! As for Sukosan, it was a beautiful and quaint little town a short walk from the villa, with lovely restaurants and a very wholesome atmosphere. Zadar is also only a ~12 euro uber away, which split between 6 friends was great value! Croatia is a beautiful country worth visiting, and I can firmly say Margita's villa will provide you with a brilliant home and area to stay in. Thank you Margita ❤️

Amazing place to stay in Zadar! Had all the amenities listed (Sauna, swimming pool ..). Host is very responsive and kind in answering question.

Great place with everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. Hosts were super helpful and even provided a travel cot and highchair for our little one. Would recommend having a car to get to town but can easily/cheaply park to get into the old town. Ubers were also very available and good value.

We had a wonderful stay in the beautiful house. It was very clean, the beds cozy, pool and sauna fantastic. The communication with Andrej was great. The only clear downside: we were not provided with a baby chair, even after repeated insistent requests. Andrej said he couldn't decide for himself. I really couldn't understand why a chair couldn't be bought. For us, this was a big limitation/challenge, which is why I am making this public here so that other parents with toddlers are prepared.

We stayed in the house for a week. We enjoyed it the best, that it's very private. Only one neighbor who has little insight into it. The house has a huge property that is completely fenced in, ideal for dogs. Zadar is the nearest big city and is about 15 minutes by car. (There is nothing going on in the Smokovic directly) The house is adequately equipped, towels provided. Only the dishwasher is very small but for 2 people everything is perfect. A highlight for us was the covered terrace, here you can also sit comfortably outside in the rain. An outdoor TV is also provided. The hosts are very friendly we will definitely be back

I must say that we are two architects... and that we initially thought the photos of the house were RENDERED... But Sanel had assured us that the house was really like this.... Well... I have to say that Sanel was wrong....the house is much more beautiful than the Photos.... It is a Fantastic house.... Curated in every aspect...Furnished with taste and functional in every aspect. Pool that will make you want to stay there all day. Relaxation area for children with soccer, billiards, darts...I have to tell you that if you want to be in full relaxation and dream of a life as a Hollywood actor you have to come and try this house. Bathrooms for every room ... Magnificent King size beds.... And since I travel a lot for work, I have to tell you that I also found the pillows Magnificent. And for the kitchen? well so beautiful that your wife will look like a chef... for her happiness in cooking you. If you want to feel good, this is the dream home in Vir... Believe me, the words are not enough to express its BEAUTY.

Myself and a group of friends visited Marijana’s place in June - we chose this house because of the great value compared to similar properties nearby. We were so pleased with the whole experience - the house is massive and spotless, and though it is a little out of the way, it affords a bit of peace and quiet. In particular we liked the size of the kitchen, the pool, and the outdoor cooking area, and the views of the nearby national park. I’d highly recommend this property to a family or group of friends.

affordable accommodation and very nice house. good pool with as was reasonably large. Was still very close so they were easy to get to but recommend renting a car. Very kind hosts who were easily accessible.

We loved everything about our stay in this beautiful property. It is built and furnished so thoughtful and aesthetic and we all felt that this space radiated such a calm energy. It is perfect to switch off and fully enjoy time offgrid whilst being provided with everything you might possibly need and feel very much at home. The garden, patio and pool are super big and are amazing to spend a looot of time. And last but not least: Vladimir and his parents were incredibly kind hosts and took very sweet care of us which made the stay extra special. Thanks a lot!

We had a wonderful stay at Ante's beautiful, quiet vacation apartment. Upon arrival, everything was perfectly prepared, even for our 11-month-old son, which made us very happy. We were immediately comfortable. The outdoor area offers many opportunities for relaxation: table tennis, darts, badminton and even boomerangs. The large, covered terrace with barbecue invites you to linger. We especially liked the hammock between two trees, where we could relax wonderfully. The absolute highlight was of course the large pool. The apartment had everything you need. Ante is a great host: he responded quickly to questions and gave great tips for excursions and restaurants. As a welcome greeting, fresh cherries were ready, which were super delicious – a nice touch! We can fully recommend Ante and his vacation apartment. It was a completely successful stay, and we would come back anytime!

Great place, very clean. And great children playground

It was a great stay at Host's place. Luka and Neno are hosts who are a pleasure to stay with. They are very responsive and quick to respond to messages, and they're helpful, and they really want guests to feel good. The apartment is impeccably clean — but a huge plus. There are also a lot of walking places in the area. I highly recommend staying with them while in the area.

The house is perfect for larger groups seeking a quiet and comfortable place to spend their holidays. We had great hopes for the accommodation in advance but despite that, it was even more pleasantly surprised by the location and all the amenities that were in place. Bibinje is a very cozy village just outside Zadar, with good restaurant selection, bakery and grocery store. For those who want to swim in the sea, it is only a shorter walk. Kruno as a host gets the highest rating, constantly helpful and very nice. He helped us with everything from transportation to and from the airport, tips on restaurants, and excursions to take. The bottom line is this a great place to stay with a great host, here we would love to come again! // Ingrid & Family

First of all, the apartment itself was fantastic. A perfectly equipped kitchen (never seen before in an Airbnb), a large rain shower, fly screens on all windows and enough space to stay longer in the apartment in case of changeable weather. In addition, the apartment is nicely decorated and the stone walls and wooden beams put you directly in a relaxed mood. The location is also absolutely great. You are a 2-minute walk from the harbor with cafés, restaurants and shopping and also the ferry as well as butcher and baker are less than 10 minutes away. At night it is still very quiet, as you are in a rear courtyard overlooking the garden and the hinterland of Preko. Marina's communication was always very quick and super friendly.

We had a warm welcome and brilliant communication during our stay. We were helped directly when we had a concern :-) The location of the house is in the beautiful nature of Vranas and you can escape the hustle and bustle. The private pool helps. You also have an outdoor grill to round off the beautiful evenings. Furthermore, a new, additional bathroom is available, which is not yet visible in the pictures! However, a car is strongly recommended to reach supermarkets, beaches, etc. All in all, it was a great stay and we would come back :-)

There were eight of us at this great location! Marijo and his team did a great job. There were great records for the reception as well as fresh cookies. He also found out if everything was okay with us. He also came to clean the pool in the week, which is just great as well as a day before departure he brought us a lot of wind bags in general. We found the location super, it is super quiet there and it is simply recommended to take his vacation there thank you for this great wonderful vacation!

The apartment was renovated,the bathrooms were completely new. Another thing we were missing were rowiacs to hang towels in the bathrooms and a small storage space in the bathrooms. The kitchen is poorly furnished for the arrival of 9ludi,but the owner said that she would go to the future to fix it. There is no air conditioning on the rooms, but there were fans. We also had a great vacation thanks to a really big terrace where we spent almost all the time together. The apartment is pleasantly very close to the sea,in a dead-end street,where not many cars. I highly recommend it also for families with children.

Staying with Ana was perfect! Ana is a heartfelt and open person. She was super friendly and welcomed us with homemade pancakes. The apartment and the property were in very good condition and we didn't miss anything. The staircase to the apartment has shone! Ana is very important for all her guests to feel comfortable, she is almost the hospitality in person! She respects if you want your peace, but is always open to a nice conversation and strives to fulfill all wishes. She speaks German very well, which made it easier for us to communicate. We really enjoyed it very much! We highly recommend it and would be happy to come back!

Very nice, cozy place. Perfect for group of friends.

A very charming and comfortable cottage/house. It was exactly as listed. Sime parents greeted us and showed us around the cottage as well as giving us some history. When Audrey twisted her knee they went out of their way to help by taking us to get some medical advice. A great stay and really enjoyed the countryside.

Snjeza is a super nice host. He responds quickly to questions and very nice that he makes his own olive oil and vegetables available from his own garden. Lovely house. Due to the nice weather, the swimming pool and jacuzzi were used a lot. The sports field was also super nice! From the house you can easily reach many activities. Nice change between staying "home" and going out!
