Beautiful condo in an amazing location! Dani's place is a true gem. It is thoughtfully decorated, the complex has fun amenities like a pool and is centrally located. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would book it again in a heartbeat!

Darko was an excellent host. As an 11 year+ superhost from Airbnb myself I was in need of a last minute one night stay. Happy to have found this place in BW. Spectacular views, clean apartment and communicative host. I would enthusiastically recommend this apartment to anyone. Bed was comfortable, everything was there as listed and wifi was fast. Thanks again for a wonderful experience.

We stayed for 2 nights, thanks to the introduction of our host, we easily reached the house, the cleanliness and size were very good. Host immediately returned to our messages. It was easy to reach historical places and republic square on foot. The only negative part is that the neighborhood didn't seem reliable at night, and when we came from the road, we wanted to see water in the closet as a treat. Recommended.

Amazing place! The flat is very comfortable with high quality furniture, located in the new modern house in luxury district Belgrade Waterfront. Walkable distance to old city center, to museums and other tourists attractions. Also big shopping mall - Gallereja just over the road, as well as many restaurants around. Highly recommended place to stay.

We were very satisfied with the rest. The house is not far from the city center, it took us about 20 minutes to get a taxi. We also took a taxi back, called with the help of a mobile app. Quiet enough place. The house is clean, with good renovation, everything you need for a comfortable stay is there. The Internet worked without interruptions. For entertainment, there is a bicycle, kayak, and spinning for fishing. The hosts met us very well and showed us everything. Thank you so much!!!

The river house was a nice experience. The place was absolutely spotless and clean and comfortable, as in the photos. It had all the facilities as advertised and Sandra personally came down for the check in and check out. It was beautiful to watch the sunset and the boats go past. There’s a supermarket 5 mins walk from this place for all essentials. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. It’s a great place to unwind from the city. The water didn’t seem clean though, and nearby river houses looked a bit dilapidated which was a bit of eye sore but if you look towards the river at the opposite bank where there were party houses it’s a beautiful view.

Amazing place to stay in Belgrade. My Serbian friends called it the best splav house they ever saw. Very personal and well build interior. Nice terrace. Highly recommend. Be aware about transportation - taxi and delivery is hard to get to this house, and there is 25 min walk to the ada mall, where u can get taxi. Overall - its a very good place, i spent here 2 days with my friends and very thankful to hosts for this opportunity.

I was in Belgrade from March 22 till April 5 and while I was there I had a blessed time. As soon as I arrived the owner Miloš was so nice that he came to picked me up from the airport and showed me around the city. He also told me if I wanted to get to know city he is willing to show me but I had to go to the dentist a lot so I didn't have much time. He also took me back to the airport on my last day. The apartment was very nice and the location was the best right in the center of Belgrade. I would definitely recommend this place and if I come again I will definitely stay in again. Thank you Miloš for your hospitality. Asmir!

Great place to stay on the water & yet only 15 minutes from Belgrade center removed. Quiet & romantic flair with everything you need! It was cool that there was also a sup available. The property is very spacious, all necessary utensils as well as basic foodstuffs (coffee, salt & pepper) were on site. We used and loved the outdoor kitchen! Only note: the sun loungers and the umbrella could be renewed;) We will be happy to come back!

A very big house in a great location with lots of space. The pool was awesome and the little solar boat house is charming. There are even speakers for events, which came handy for us. Could use more forks, more glasses and a pot to boil water though.

I absolutely loved my stay here! Everything was fresh, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The apartment had plenty of storage, great lighting, and a cozy atmosphere. All the appliances worked perfectly, and the kitchen had everything I needed. The place looked exactly like the photos—no surprises! Bed is really great! But the best part? The kitchen chairs—so comfy, unlike the usual ones that you can find almost in every apartment on Airbnb that make your legs go numb! I would very recommend this apartment to those who appreciate comfort and location!

Bright and spacious apartment on the waterfront, ideal for a family - numerous playgrounds, long waterfront walkway, swimming pool and a resident playground in the building. A couple of restaurants within 5 min walk open for breakfast at 8 am. Huge shopping mall with tens of restaurants 7 min walk from the building. Central city parts of Belgrade are 15 to 30 min light walk depending on where you go. Marko was very helpful and easy to reach throughout, meeting us upon arrival himself, even though it was past midnight. Overall a 5 star experience.
