House vacation rentals in Zemun

Was a great stay for me and my family at the Villa, it's amazing and facilities are perfect. Jasmina and Ana are great Hosts, perfect hospitality and quick response at all times.

The photos don't do the place justice... you get the whole floor of the house (there is another one upstairs) so you won't get the complete solace and silence (which I don't think anyone but a mysophonically challenged person like myself would even notice) but! the privacy is absolute, you have the comfort of knowing Goran is close by and more than available for any questions or help needed! And let me tell you, the place is CLEAN. Like eat-off-the-floor-clean, I don't think I've been to a tidier cleaner and better equipped lodging ever! Full kitchen, utensils, frier, etc, and oh the BEDs are SO comfy (high-class memory foam matresses), the place is more than spacious, enough sunlight, calm, quiet street, an hour in total away walking to the Avala Tower (for all my mountain goats!) all tied in a bow with a morning coffee on my last day kindly prepared by Goran! This was me scouting the place and surroundings, I WILL go back once the pool is up an running! CANNOT recommend enough!!

A phenomenal stay. Words cannot express how great the house is. The view is phenomenal so are the amenities. The host is also great, with us every step of the way, and made us feel right at home. We’ll be coming back for sure, and I can recommend this place to everyone!

This house is amazing! I rented it to spend time with my family and it was totally as described. We had sunbaths, swam in the pool and made a barbecue. There is totally everything you need to cook and live there. Maya (the host) met us near the house and showed us everything as well as answered all the questions asap. I recommend this house for 100%! ♥️

A very nice peaceful natural hideaway in half an hour drive from Belgrade center. Spacious, clean, with everything inside. Suitable for occasions.

Cozy and clean place outside of Belgrade. Great even for winter stay as we had. We had enough space for all 8 people. Really friendly and responsive host. Not too remote - we were able to catch a taxi via apps and get to the city/airport. Best way to stay - to have a car, ofcourse.

Thanks Radovan for everything, everything went very professional 10+ The apartment was extremely clean, it was warm inside and what we were very pleasantly surprised that the apartment was heated before our arrival. The floor heating was super cool!Smart tv,youtube,netflix etc… Radovan offered us multiple times if we needed anything to get back to him whenever we really don't have a single complaint about the ten in the apartment and for Radovan. Đorđe was very responsive and proactively organized our stay before we got there. He even informed us that early check-in was possible ahead of time. On arrival, he met us nearby at a place easy to find and get to, then directed us to the house to avoid certain undesirable road condition. The house was very clean and looked just like the pictures. It was well stocked and the facilities were easy to use. We drove a car and there was no problem to visit places and eat. We did not spent much time in the outdoor areas and the pier. But they look like something a different family would enjoy. We recommend this place if you visit the area and don't mind living a little outside of the city center.

Milica’s river house is amazing! The veranda was giving great view over the river. The weather was perfect for May, so we spend all the day outside. You can hear different birds in the early morning. The house was clean, it is very spacious and there are all necessary things to make a nice lunch or a classy dinner. There are bathrooms on all floors, which were also spotless. All windows have mosquito nets, so bugs were not present inside. All and all it was a very good vacation. Thank you, Milica!

We had a great time at Jovana's place, it was well situated near the people we were spending time with and had enough beds. It slept 6 but was on the cozy side for all of us for ten days. Jovana is a great host and took care of everything we needed.

It was great staying at Ksenija and Damjan house! We were a big group of 7 people and there was more than enough space for everyone. The house is spacious, fairly modern and it did felt like home. It is located 10-15 minutes taxi ride from city centre. There are also some nice traditional Serbian restaurants in the walking distance that we really enjoyed!

A very big house in a great location with lots of space. The pool was awesome and the little solar boat house is charming. There are even speakers for events, which came handy for us. Could use more forks, more glasses and a pot to boil water though.

Had really nice experience while staying at Lidija's. The place is nice for one person or a couple. It is near a big mall and other amenities. The garden is shared with Lidija's mum house, but I really had complete privacy. Both Lidija and her mum are very nice and a had really good communication with them.

We had a very pleasant stay, the family was very friendly. The house was a cute little tiny house. It was central, I would recommend to everyone:)

Excellent stay, highly recommended! The house is very spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a great atmosphere. Having a garage included was a real bonus. Aleksandar was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond to any questions. The location is perfect – just a few minutes walk to the city center with plenty of great restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved staying at Koviljka's place! She was a great host. Very responsive to all of our questions from the time we booked until we arrived. She met us outside when we arrived to personally show us the place. Our friends rented the place next door which was so perfect. We each had our own space but were steps away from each other. Koviljka knows the owner of that place which was also very convenient. The bed was very comfortable and the water was nice and hot in the shower. The area is super convenient and walking distance from everything in Zemun which is such a nice area to walk around. It's an easy bus or taxi ride away from downtown. The area is nice and quiet and I felt safe walking around by myself. I would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Belgrade!

A beautiful place to escape the city crowds and escape. The calm relaxing host was also very kind to us. On the terrace area of the house there is a beautiful view of nature on the evening against the view and the daytime. Thanks for everything. Get ready to sleep by swinging like a crib

Miloje's place was wonderful! I stayed three weeks and the place was perfect. It is conveniently connected to the rest of the city while remaining very private and spacious. Very close to bakeries, markets, and grocery stores. Would not hesitate to stay again!
