Experience peace and quiet, the gurgling of a stream, the singing of birds and nothing else. Just peace. There is a bed for two and an extra bed for one. Small kitchen, running water, gas stove and basic utensils, all for three people. There's sugar, pepper, salt. You can make coffee in a Moka pot. Diesel heating. Electricity is from a solar panel and a 2V car battery! Outdoor shower and fireplace are under the Treehouse. The outhouse is made of sawdust and does not smell 🙂 Parking space. The cottage is located directly on the banks of the Želivka River in the old buildings of the tourist village Želiv. The cottage includes an outdoor wellness area with a Finnish sauna and a hot tub with a jacuzzi. An excellent starting point for hiking in the beautiful surroundings or for cycling. Ideal for fishermen and mushroom pickers. There are 3 dams within 3 kilometers. Sedlická 38ha, Trnávka 100ha and Vřesník 8ha. The cottage is located directly on the banks of the Želivka River, where it is also possible to fish.

We offer an unconventional circular straw house with a large garden and pond. It is located in a picturesque corner of the Vysočina region, on the edge of the small village of Bystrá. There are plenty of interesting and pleasant things nearby, the castle of Lipnice nad Sázavou, quarries, forests, meadows, rivers and ponds, all of which are dominated by the mythical Melechov. The cottage is small, fully furnished, comfortable for two people. It will be appreciated by romantics and lovers of old times.

Enjoy the tranquility of our lakeside cabin. Located in the woods on the edge of the water this is the perfect place to escape and relax. Newly refurbished the cottage has a large upper floor with king size bed and single bed. The open plan ground floor has floor to ceiling windows with a view of the lake, a fireplace, full kitchen, dining table and sofa that converts to a comfortable bed. Two paddleboards and kayak are available for you to use. The lake is private so fishing is not allowed.
