I offer accommodation in a cozy farmhouse on the land of a South Bohemian farmhouse in Prostřední Vydří (6 km from Dačice). The cottage is renovated, has a separate entrance, a bathroom and a private garden with a pleasant shade. The room has 2 beds (one folding), desk, kitchen, fridge, library and a friendly, romantic atmosphere. It's quiet and private. - It melts in the winter, I'll be happy to explain how. The bathroom is unheated! I can lend a radiator in the cold. - I mow the grass when necessary, I don't shave the lawn.

I was there for relaxation and sports! The area is just wonderful. An oasis of tranquility that simultaneously offers a great mountain bike network of extensive tours in the forest to the single trail in Telc.

11 years on AirBNB and Dana was one of the best hosts we have had. She was standing out front on the street when we arrived to be sure we could find her place, and made us feel like family when she introduced us to her dog and let us love on the dog's 1 month old puppies. She and her son even presented us with some traditional Czech cookies. When we had a (self-inflicted) problem she responded immediately. I would live to stay l there again.

Lukáš gave us some excellent recommendations for walks and food. An excellent space to work in as well as relax. Plenty of inspiration for drawing and watercolor. We lit the fire on the first day and the house stayed quite warm for the rest of our four day visit. Loved watching the birds. Thank you Lucas. We had a restful break.

Despite the very late arrival, we were received in a very friendly manner. The place is very nice and was clean. Definitely recommend!

One of the best and best apartment I've ever been!! Spacious and tastefully furnished apartment on the 2nd floor in a small apartment building , there is also a balcony where a person can sit and have a coffee . Just across the street is the Albert and drive to the center by autohus c.4 and 5. I really enjoyed my stay, I highly recommend it. For me, the best apartment in the neighborhood. Thank you again to your host,for the great approach and great communication
