You will like the old villa with garden. It is quietly located in the Connewitz district, the local recreation area of the Leipzig residents 100 years ago. The renovated caretaker apartment is located in the basement. You can quickly reach the city center or the alluvial forest with wildlife park, Lake Markleeberg and Lake Cospuden. Late Gothic house from 1519

The late Gothic house from 1519 is the oldest, preserved residential building in the Untermhaus district & was very elaborately restored & renovated in 4 years. The former building ruin has become a small gem. Particular emphasis was placed on the expansion with ecological building materials, such as clay & lime, clay colors. Many old historical components were reinstalled. During the dismantling work, another hand-painted approx. 500-year-old plank ceiling was discovered.
