I felt really comfortable and welcome in Stefan and Ursula's apartment from the first moment. The two are incredibly warm, sweet people and great hosts. They always offered me their help and made all my special requests possible. The arrangement in advance was simple and reliable, which helped me a lot with my short-term booking. I was particularly impressed with how much love the apartment was furnished with. It is modern, very clean and beautiful. The furnishings are not only tasteful, but also of very high quality. You can tell that everything has really been thought of here to give guests a nice and relaxing time. For me, it's a place where you don't just stay overnight, but feel at home. I would come back anytime and highly recommend staying with Stefan and Ursula.

The place was perfect! The parking available right on site was super convenient. The amenities left nothing to be desired – everything you need was available. Everything was very clean and the contact with the hostess was very nice. Clear recommendation!

The accommodation is located on the top floor of a senior residential building, which means the view is great, in the building it is quite quiet and you are perfectly connected to public city transport. I myself was there by bike, which can also be connected. Due to the older target group, there are practical accessories from the shower stool to the mini dishwasher and real TV chairs. On 27 square meters there is everything you need for a short stay. At the reception someone is available until 9:30pm and in the in-house roof cafe there are even coffee specialties (but only until 4 pm ;-) and maybe even a nice chat with one of the elderly residents. I felt very comfortable and not out of place and was able to work well concentrated there, also thanks to the far view. It was just a little cold on foot, but it's now helped with a pair of mules. For Gera culture travelers or visitors to their relatives, the Florentine residential complex is highly recommended!

We had a great experience at this spacious and beautiful apartment. Constantine is a great host, he greeted us personally which we appreciated it. We stayed during a heat wave, and needed an extra fan. We asked Constantine, and in a matter of minutes he showed up in the apartment with a Dyson fan! We will be back for sure!

The apartment is very well equipped and furnished with a lot of love for detail. Everything is as described and even coffee beans in the coffee machine were even provided upon arrival. Our almost one-year-old daughter also felt very comfortable. We also found the private parking space, the possibility of safely storing bicycles and the walking distance to the supermarket with a bakery to be particularly practical. By bike, we could easily reach several lakes as well as Leipzig city center and thus had a wonderful short vacation in and near Zwenkau.

I have now visited Anna & Sven in the Spatzennest for the 2nd time and felt very comfortable again. A little home away from home! Love to come back! Best regards

Nicky's small, sweet apartment is very tastefully decorated and comfortable. It was very clean and all items are in very good and well-maintained condition. We also liked the location, the connection is good. Nicky communicates quickly, friendly and helpful. So, a recommendation in every respect!

Highly recommended and a really very nice practical apartment for two people. We'll be back.

Merseburg Castle is worth seeing. We were at the book fair and got there comfortably by train. Trains also drove at night

Susan is a very communicative person, she gave us a lot of necessary information. Unfortunately we did not meet in person, the keys were given to us by Susan's mother, who is a very nice and warm person. The apartment is beautiful and very well equipped. There is a parking space and a basement for bicycles. We will gladly stay there again.

Ales' apartment is in a great location. You can do anything by foot. The apartment is very nice.

I was in Robert's accommodation for the second time, which I liked very much again. The location is really great, as well as the apartment itself is very nicely decorated and everything is super clean. I will definitely come back if I need accommodation in Altenburg again.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped – everything you need. Communication with the host was friendly, clear and super fast. Check-in and check-out were extremely simple and straightforward. A big plus: directly opposite there is a large parking lot where there was always a free space. All around a great experience – absolute recommendation!

We were in Leipzig for four days with our two children (5 and 8 years old). The apartment had all the amenities you could want. In the kitchen there was tea, salt and pepper, plenty of dishes and pots. Roller blinds were also available, you could darken the apartment well. There were also plenty of towels. The bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. Jens' mother greeted us in a very friendly way and was always approachable and helpful. The area is very quiet and beautifully close to the lakes and also to Belantis. Highly recommended and happy to come back!

Karl's apartment is good, the bed is comfortable, there is the necessary to make food, and the bathroom is large. It's also very nice to have a washing machine.

The positive surprises began right with our arrival, so that we could move into a larger and more beautiful apartment in the house at no extra charge or the like, simply because it was just free. Pierre is extremely accommodating and always in a good mood. Before we could even ask, he offered to recommend activities or restaurants in the area. The apartment was super clean and very nicely decorated, everything you need was available in abundance and Pierre responded immediately to inquiries or requests. Check-in and check-out are easy and flexible. If we are in the area again, we will be happy to return to Pierre's at any time! Simply recommended!

Our check-in went perfectly with great flexibility. The apartment was exactly what we needed. The environment is very pleasant and very peaceful. Recommended.

It was really nice all around! The only thing that was not so clear to us in advance was the fact that there are two tiny houses and you may also have to reckon with another couple and thus have to agree on when to use the sauna and hot tub. Otherwise it was really wonderfully relaxing for the 2 days ☺️❤️

We met Nadja as an extremely nice and uncomplicated hostess. A late check-in at night was also possible without problems. After a short introduction, we also felt right at home. We liked the bright and beautifully furnished attic apartment right away, we will be happy to come back! :)
