Our modern furnished apartment is located in the old town directly opposite the Rossmann drugstore. From the apartment you can look at the beautiful Triebisch (river) and is very quiet despite the central location. In the immediate vicinity, all the sights in the city can be reached on foot. The S-Bahn station Altstadt is 5 minutes away. Parking in front of the door is subject to a charge of €5 per day, but if you drive 500 m further, it is free of charge.

The nearest supermarket is less than 1 km away and the bakery is only a 2-minute walk. If necessary, a bread roll service is possible on Saturdays. Riesa is located approximately midway between the cities of Leipzig and Dresden directly on the beautiful Elbe. The Elbe Cycle Path is about 3 km away.

Möchten Sie entspannen, bietet die Ferienwohnung alles, was Sie für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt benötigen. Im Sommer bietet die Dachterrasse zum Sonnenbaden ein. Im Winter punktet die Ferienwohnung durch einen Panorama-Kamin.

Beautiful, secluded and very quiet property at the end of the small village. Beautiful view from the upper terrace over the Elbe landscape and the Elbe. The Elbe is about 400 m away. The Alte Elbe Kathewitz Nature Reserve begins 200 m away. Large hedges to the neighboring properties and a separate door to the Elbe dam. The house is good for up to 4 people. The apartment (35 m² bedroom, combined kitchen/living room, bathroom - each room separate) is located in the quiet district of Dresden Dölzschen, in a 2-family house plus the apartment. It is ideally suited to relax in a quiet environment after a busy day in the city. Free parking is available right outside the front door. Pets are not allowed. No extra guests and no visitors allowed. The rear garden cannot be used.
