The villa is perfect. We were guests at Ivan's with 11 people and the place looks even better than on pictures. We particularly liked the large garden with pool. It is very quiet on the property. Ivan welcomed us personally and communication was straightforward. I can recommend everyone to vacation here.

We really enjoyed the time and accommodation. The children had space to play and just be. The house is located in a village where it is not flooded by tourism, the surroundings are authentic and really beautiful. The house is beautifully decorated, wonderfully and elaborately renovated. The floor on the ground floor is made of stone, so it was quite cool, certainly great in the summer and we had slippers for this time of year. The electricity in the village failed once, Neven was there immediately on the holiday and took care of the repair on the public grid within a few hours. Communication was easy, friendly, open and warm. We felt really comfortable and were able to enjoy it very much and happily extended our meals under the fig tree 🙂

The house was beautiful and such a lovely place to stay. There was just 3 of us so we didn’t need the apartment located downstairs and found upstairs to be everything we needed. The place is spotless and tastefully decorated. The pool is a fantastic place to sit and relax and whilst the weather on days was a little colder, didn’t put us off having a swim! The house is fully equipped with everything we required and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host are really lovely and helpful when we asked any questions. They greeted us on arrival and answered all our queries. On departure, they were also on hand to check how our stay was. We spent most of our days exploring the coast and different beaches which were all around 20/30 mins drive and are really stunning! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing break whether you want to explore or enjoy the pool and house.

This was one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed for an Airbnb. Maja and her brother Ivan were very helpful over text and getting us anything we needed throughout the stay. The road to get to the house is a bit in the middle of nowhere, but when you arrive, you’ll be STUNNED at how precious this spot is. It’s about 25 minutes to all the major Istrian town- Pula, Rovinj, Poreč, (we decided to go a little further to Rijeka to see the epic castle one day. Worth the 1.5hr drive). If you don’t have a car, it could be harder to get around since it’s a bit remote. But there is a small train station right outside the neighborhood that takes you to the bigger towns. We called this place our home away from home. So cute and cozy and the bed was very comfy. I hope you enjoy this place as much as we did!

We all loved the house and had a lovely time there. Haud has charm. Very cool for children, as there is also a small field for badminton or the like, as well as a swing and trampoline. The hosts were very friendly and gave us some tips for excursions and restaurants. Certainly it is a good bit to the beach, for example to Rovinj, but we didn't mind. We were still by the sea a few times. 😬 All in all recommendable!
