A wooded paradise.

A unique and tranquil getaway. Come stay at this fish and wildlife themed cabin in the woods. There are antique firearms, fishing items and outdoor photos that we’ve taken. Enjoy the deck while eating dinner and watching the patio TV or enjoying your morning coffee around the fire pit. If the weather happens to be bad, no worries. Plenty of parking available. This adorable space is 400 sq ft with a loft and a room divider is provided for added privacy. The loft has a TV, queen size bed, twin size bed, seating and bedding. The first floor has a single hide-a-bed and seating. Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape in the woods.

The Chaney Homestead

Welcome to the Chaney Homestead! If you are looking for a peaceful getaway in a rural setting then this is the place for you. This two bedroom country home was built by Alfred "Alf" Chaney and his wife Ruan Dye Chaney back in 1913 and remains in the family today. The house sets on 4.5 acres with an amazing view of the trees and hills from the back porch. We are located 7 miles east of historic Fort Gibson and just a 12 minute drive from Tahlequah, the capital of the Cherokee Nation.
