Due to the fact that the previous day in the house was free - I was able to accept us earlier and we were sorting things out of the train to run to the meeting of the sea) a very cozy and pleasant house in which love and family are invested - it is felt in various small trinkets (even on the lamp, which helped during the lights out) Irina is a very friendly and pleasant hostess, thank you very much and we are waiting to return to you! If you are looking for a place to stay, and as we accidentally came across this option - book! Living in a cozy courtyard of a private house is much more pleasant than neighboring residential complexes!

A very good place to relax, the terrace is the color of this place! Great hosts! The house has everything for a comfortable stay, the kitchen has a lot of different utensils , all the dishes are beautiful! We will be happy to come back for a vacation again!

Everything was great! The place is clean, cozy and fully corresponds to the description, the house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Anna is very friendly and always in touch, there is a parking space. Excellent location — only 5-7 minutes walk to the incredible view and the sea. I want to come back here again!

The apartment in the photo seems smaller, in reality there was much more space. Everything is clean and has everything you need. Very pleased with the availability of a bathtub and a separate shower. The hostess is pleasant and responsive. Thank you, Daria!

Beautiful accommodation, stylish and cozy interior, incredible panoramic windows, perfect cleanliness, all the necessary amenities for life, we felt at home here. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, there are supermarkets, cafes and a good store right in the building — it is very convenient. Olga is an incredibly responsive and kind hostess, she was flexible with check-in and check-out times. This place left us with only positive emotions, and I will be happy to come back here again!

Everything is great, cozy area of the house, good view

We are very grateful to Vasily for a cozy and clean place. Everything you need for your stay is present. No need to worry about the little things. The house is located 10 - 15 minutes to the beach. Convenient transport interchange. Nearby there is a supermarket, coffee shops, pharmacy, children's playground. Highly recommended. We were pleasantly impressed. We will come again!

I enjoyed my time in this apparent. I love the cleanness, WiFi, amenities in general and Maksym was friendly. I will come back for sure. It is super close to Arcadia restaurants and bars. I really recommend this apartment.

I would recommend this place to stay. Fast communication with the host and everything described in the listing was in the apartment. A low floor and a parking space were important to us. Having an extra set of linens and plenty of towels No minuses
