everything is super. nice house, beautiful area near it. the only disadvantage for us was that the gas boiler was constantly excluded. but the tenants reacted quickly and tried to help with the boiler.

Quite, peaceful, cozy place. The cabin is plunged in greenery. From the veranda there is a wonderful sea view. There is everything you need for a vacation. Clean. Quick response from hosts to questions.

I really liked it! Friendly hosts, always in touch! Quiet and beautiful place, the house fully corresponds to the photos . Very close ( 5 min walk) clean sea and wild beach. The house has everything you need for a good time. Comfortable mattresses, nice and expensive furniture. Nice appliances, clean pool! High-quality grill area ! While the lights are turned off, the communication is not working, which causes some inconvenience. But there is a powerful generator on the property for a separate payment. Due to the fact that there is almost no one on the territory, the generator is turned on only for you , it turns out (+ -800-1000 UAH hour) If you want to work around the pool, even with the lights on, the wifi is missing. But everything works well inside the house! This is not a minus , but the realities of our time. Everyone was happy with the rest! We will definitely come again!

Highly recommended. Property is well appointed and fantastic view of the sea. Alena and Sergiy are fantastic hosts and were extremely helpful. The place was very clean and if you need anything at all they are happy to help. I will be back. Thanks again.

Clean tiny and minimal house for couples or single travelers. Nice backyard with a grill.

By far the best hosts we met so far!! Such a warm welcome, so nice, friendly, helpful and caring people. It was the best decision to stay here. We had a wonderful time at this beautiful, peaceful place. The house is very very clean, tasteful and authentic as well as convenient. All you wish for is provided. The beach is located just down the street. There is a big garden, a playground for kids and an open air barbecue area, where you can enjoy all your meals. The hosts even treated us with fruits from their garden. Thank you so much for all your love and the memories we made here. Hope to be back one day❤

The apartment is very close to the sea and it is magnificent. There is a 24-hour shop in the house (prices are excellent). The apartment has everything for comfort: air conditioning, kitchen and accessories, refrigerator, well, everything that is described on Airbnb, including sugar, salt, sunflower oil, etc., so you do not need to drag small bags of salt, sugar and so on. The shower is cool. Overall, I highly recommend it. Were rather on the beach 15 century, than on the Gold Coast, because there are fewer people. It is possible that by August there will be more people everywhere)

If I could put more stars for the location, I'd love to do that. Very close to the sea, it's just beautiful( right across the street, and below the sea is stairs). Great clean apartment. Not hot, not cold, there are restaurants, supermarkets, supermarkets, very comfortable. In terms of communication, everything is fine too. I can recommend 🌸

Perfect, very clean, very nice. View from wow window! There is a restaurant nearby with cool prices and a beach. We are very happy to come again!!!!
