Really nice and cosy stay at Olga's beautiful house. Very responsive and attentive host. A true datcha with a lot of character and thoughtful details. Very quiet residential rustic location. Our favorite was a terrace which is nice and sunny in the morning and a perfect refreshing shelter in the afternoon when the heat is high. Super comfy beds and we slept really well every night. A wild beach is 12-15 min walk with kids, through a picturesque beachside hills covered with a gorgeous smell of wild Summer flowers and herbs. There is a shop within 5 min walk with all essentilals. Chernomorsk with busier life is 5-10 min drive. A sunrise over the sea is very special to watch! All highly recommended! Would certainly be happy to come back!

Roman is such a great host, I had a great experience staying in Carolina in his condo. Sunny or rainy weather, the home feel cozy from the first day. Will be back and would recommend this place to my friends for sure!

Very nice and spacious house with a sauna, barbecue place and small swimming pool. I would recommend for a large company of 9-14 people.

I really liked it! Friendly hosts, always in touch! Quiet and beautiful place, the house fully corresponds to the photos . Very close ( 5 min walk) clean sea and wild beach. The house has everything you need for a good time. Comfortable mattresses, nice and expensive furniture. Nice appliances, clean pool! High-quality grill area ! While the lights are turned off, the communication is not working, which causes some inconvenience. But there is a powerful generator on the property for a separate payment. Due to the fact that there is almost no one on the territory, the generator is turned on only for you , it turns out (+ -800-1000 UAH hour) If you want to work around the pool, even with the lights on, the wifi is missing. But everything works well inside the house! This is not a minus , but the realities of our time. Everyone was happy with the rest! We will definitely come again!

I highly recommend this property. The remodeled accommodations are nice and clean and the outside area with a BBQ and the covered porch make this property complete. The location is spot on. The beach is a 10 minute walk, maybe a little less. There is a small to mid-size grocery store almost across to street and a full grocery store 1 km - 15 minute walk or 4 minutes by car. The street and surrounding area is quiet. Arcadia and the nightclub party spot is a 15 minute walk, downhill to Arcadia and uphill on the return. The University Castle on the beach is 10 minute walk and the Health Trail that parallels the beach is 5 minutes. If you want to go to the heart of the city - now you need transportation: 55 minutes by public transportation or about half that by car or taxi. For me, the quietness outside of the city center is preferred and you get to mingle with the real people and culture of Odesa. I will rest here again :)

We stayed with a company of 4 people. Everyone was very accommodating. It was a great decision to rent a cottage in Odessa. We roasted kebabs in the yard, it was very cozy. The house has 3 rooms, 2 of them are walk-through. San/knot in room with bed. The bed was very comfortable. The sofas fold out, my friend was very pleased with the convenience of a white leather sofa. Basically, there is everything in the house. Only a normal knife was missing, or I just didn't find it. So, all the appliances are there. It is relatively close to the sea, but we went to the Gold Coast. You can contact the security guard at any time, will always help and tell, thank you very much. The towels and bedding were clean. Thank you Margarita for hosting us. We will definitely come back.)
