Nice house, has everything for relaxing and staying both and a group. Nice sleeping arrangements, it was cold but cozy. I didn't like that there were neighbors very close. The overall impression from the description and photos was that it was one lake house with no neighbors sharing the area with you. As a result, the neighbors roasted their food on the grill in front of our porch when we arrived. The host and her mother are very nice, kind and always ready to help. Thanks for the weekend!

I lived in the apartment for almost 2 months, I’m happy with everything,, the location, beautiful views from the window, very quiet apartment and neighbors .The people living in this apartment are very friendly, everyone says hello to you .I will definitely come back here next year. My children and I liked everything, we relaxed in a quiet place. Great nature around! The house itself is very comfortable, spacious, has everything you need - a lot of space to relax, wide beds, there are also workplaces, the kitchen has a lot of dishes and appliances (for example, the oven is not much where there is, also a microwave, stove, dishwasher, etc.). It was very atmospheric that there was a real tree in the living room with decorations and string lights. The fireplace also added a winter flavor. Always in touch withthe host and Vladimir, who cares about comfort. Special thanks for transfers! This is important if you are not in a car. Overall, thank you for a pleasant stay.

They clearly told us where to go, where to get the keys. We were in touch with me the whole time. They answered me all the questions. It was possible to leave your belongings after you checked out. There is no soundproofing as such, you could hear everything that was done behind the wall in the neighbors (and they were loud). However, overall everything went great.

A lovely estate that has met all our needs : plenty of space inside, a fireplace, a lovely kitchen and bathrooms. Nearby there is a mountain river that can be heard from any room in the house, as well as a bunch of tanning space. The estate is located only 40 minutes from the city of Slavske.

Yulia is the best you can wish for. But most of all I wish her safety and a peaceful future in beautiful Ukrain.

Unreal service and wonderful hosts of the house. It's not the first time I've booked a place in Odessa,but this is the first time the apartment had everything : shower gel, powder, coffee/tea, cereals. The cleanliness of the house is better than in some hotels. I arrived early in the morning, Mila understood my situation and let me into the apartment even earlier than expected. This is the best option of those where I had to stay and the choice will now be only this house I definitely recommend it to everyone!

Great location of the apartment, within walking distance there are many entertainment, shops , restaurants, cafes and shopping centers. The sea is literally a few steps from the property, this is the closest location in Arcadia. The host is friendly and responsible , the check-in went well. Inside the property is all necessary for a comfortable stay, very cozy and good. Thank you!

I rented the apartment for my parents' vacation, so the third floor was perfect, the windows overlooked the sea, so they enjoyed watching the sunrises over the sea without leaving the apartment) The apartment is beautiful: clean, well-maintained, compact, but at the same time everything is arranged as conveniently and comfortably as possible, equipped with everything you need. It's just perfect for two, nothing more is needed, but there are additional beds, so + 1-2 guests will easily fit. The hostess of the apartment, Victoria, deserves a separate post and the title of the best in the world)) No matter how many times and where I have rested - I did not even guess that such VIP service from the owners could exist. Constant help (including with car placement, which is very important in this residential complex!), text, video, photo instructions, regular communication at all stages from booking to departure - this is the minimum in two words that I can say about Victoria. Boundless gratitude for your care and involvement!!!
