An amazing house offering luxurious Wester-European standards in all respects. Unlike many such properties this house is very well maintained and all the equipment is of top quality. Communication in English was smooth, friendly and we recieved a lot of useful information regarding the area. The location is very quiet despite beeing close to two paths leading to the mountains. The main roads in the area are in a great shape and there are plenty of places to visit in the area. We hope to be back in happier times.

I have been choosing this cozy little house for years, and every time I return with joy. It’s the perfect place to slow down, unwind from the city’s fast pace, and enjoy some peaceful time - whether alone or with a loved one. The hosts are incredibly welcoming, attentive to every detail, and always accommodating - whenever possible, they allow early check-in or late check-out, which I truly appreciate. (Of course, I understand that this is not a rule but an exception, and only when it is possible.) It’s also wonderful to see the place evolve over time - becoming even cozier, more comfortable, and more inviting. Every visit brings pleasant surprises, whether it’s a small interior update or a thoughtful new touch that makes the stay even better. Thank you for the warm hospitality and the serene atmosphere - looking forward to my next stay!

Very satisfied with our stay in Polyana , the house is located near the forest where we collected mushrooms, which was the purpose of our vacation . In the evening , after dinner, we relaxed on the terrace , cooked meals on the grill and steam in the bath . For a large company, we lacked a large table on the terrace, and it would be nice if the door to the terrace opened. Because we were leaving the side exit . And in general, the house is clean and cozy, the linen is clean, the kitchen has everything you need. Thanks for a nice getaway .

Our family—two adults, two teenagers, and our lively border collie—had an unforgettable stay at this stunning wooden house in early spring! Perched on a steep hill with breathtaking panorama views, this place feels like a cosy retreat straight out of a storybook. The fireplace was the heart of our stay—perfect for warming up after exploring the crisp spring air, and it gave the whole house such a welcoming glow. The teens couldn’t get enough of the view, with mountain peaks changing their appearance daily, while our collie bounded around happily. Inside, the space was pristine and roomy, with a fully equipped kitchen that made family dinners a breeze and beds so comfortable we all overslept. The host was a superstar—quick to reply and full of local tips that elevated our trip. Hands down one of the best homes in the area—we’re already dreaming of our next visit!

We called this place our 'place of power'. The cozy house in Yasinya exceeded our expectations with its stunning mountain views. We enjoyed delicious bograch prepared by the owner and relaxed with hookah in the fresh mountain air. Even the dogs were friendly! The house has a modern design, all the amenities, and they even sort waste, which we really appreciated. It’s the perfect spot to recharge and unwind. Thank you for the warm welcome! We’ll definitely return!
