As a couple, we really enjoyed being guests of Irina's house. Very comfortable and nice place with a quiet and incredible environment. The house had everything you need for living and relaxing, and they also took a ride outside on the swing. Irina also helped us with everything we asked. Therefore, we do not hesitate to stay with her and we will stop ourselves if we are in Pylypets. If you stay here, you must visit Mount Gimba)

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and cozy home! The fireplace made for such a warm and inviting atmosphere, and the clear instructions for everything in the house made our stay seamless. The linens and towels were spotless, as were the bathroom and kitchen, which was also well-equipped with everything we needed. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and recharge, surrounded by peace and nature. A short 20min drive to Bukovel and some great restaurants within 10 minutes made exploring the area easy. There’s also a nearby bus stop for convenience, though we didn’t use it. Thank you for hosting us in such a lovely space – we truly appreciated the thoughtful decor and the tranquility of the surroundings.

Amazing house, great host. Great place near Kyiv to spend weekend with your friends or family.

Luxurious and exceptional stay! The photos match the location and it really is as good as it looks. Great location on a cliff overlooking the water. Beautiful venue. All the facilities on the compound are in great condition. We had a fantastic stay with a group of friends and we were waited on exquisitely! We enjoyed all the amenities, the pool, hot tub, fire pit, boat, electric bicycles and all were great! Iurie, the owner even pulled out a ping pong table and also made it so we could watch the Euro Soccer tournament outside! The kitchen is fantastic and well equipped. You won’t need much to be comfortable there. There are a lot of mosquitos do bring protection and build a fire to keep them away! Staff live on the compound, and throughout our stay at a few additional people came and went on the compound unannounced and even other people who stayed the night in a small camper 🤷‍♂️. The AirBnB listing says you have the place to yourself, but we did not. The staff and other people share the same outdoor amenities and the same kitchen. If you are not expecting this, it can be awkward. The rooms are nice and comfortable, air conditioning is in two of the room. The staff were extremely kind, helpful, and eager to help. My group was expecting complete privacy so we were caught a little off guard, but nonetheless, they did their absolute best to make us happy and comfortable throughout.

Everything was wonderful. Beautiful villa with amazing location. I recommend it to everyone.

The place exceeded our expectations. Everything was perfect, clean, modernly furnished, and I appreciate many thoughtful touches, for example, a prepared dog bed and dog mats. I can recommend a place to relax with friends, barbecue, and relax in the garden by the pool. We had a great stay and will definitely be back.

A beautiful place to relax, calm, cozy, convenient. And the views are spectacular!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this place! The house had everything you need and even more: firewood, fire starter, axe, coffee, tea, nesquito, all necessary utensils and equipment, a projector and a lot of things(we didn't even expect). The place is just wow! Very quiet and peaceful, green! Nice outdoor deck, cozy vat and patio! It is immediately clear that the house was made for itself because everything is very thought out to the details! The host was always available if anything was needed. A few cons are ants in the house (we sprinkled a little in the corners of soda so that they did not get so bad), and we lacked another blanket because we were used to sleeping under two and it was a little cold at night (but this is purely our preferences). But these little disadvantages did not spoil our stay for all three days, we were delighted with the night sky and nature, and just from a cozy place where you can eat kebabs, tans , and enjoy silence every day)

In an effort to help the citizens of Ukraine and a fellow AirBnB Host we booked a stay at Valentine’s place but did not actually stay there. When things return to normal we look forward to staying there, meeting Valentine and seeing Ukraine. Craig Cole & Jerry Trussell

Great place: large well maintained area and quiet house. Pluses: Comfortable beds, a lot of space, various entertainment like billiards, a vat, also a caring hostess who is in touch and will help solve any issues. Overall a very nice place to relax and spend time with family or friends. One thing to look for is the road.

It is a great place to escape everything, enjoy mountain views and nature. My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time and didn't feel like coming home. very many little things made with guest attentiveness. Host Vitaliy is super communicative and ready to help with any question. We highly recommend this place to relax 🖤

The lodge is very cozy and warm. The swing is a separate love, I worked outside for three days with a nice view. This has been my dream for a few years. The yard is quiet, the area is quite large. Pavel shared firewood for the grill for free. Special thanks for helping our mother did not contact the rental house.
