Nice place, nice view, a short walk from Arkadia, a closeby store and a closeby nice restaurant to eat breakfast at... I truely loved it !

Super apartment, where everything is thought through to the smallest detail: solid furniture and comfortable beds, availability of modern appliances, space for residents (we were 5 adults), convenience of location (3 minutes to the sea), super-host. I definitely recommend it and in the future we will definitely order again! The owner of the apartment is punctual and attentive.

Cozy, comfortable apartment, I really liked it. Located in a quiet yard, 7-10 minutes walk to the beach; next to a beautiful boulevard where you can sit in the evening. The city center is about 10 minutes away in a calm step. The hostess is very friendly and responsive. There is only a pleasant impression of your stay.

The house and outside are clean and tidy. Pleasant hosts, great location 5 minutes to the sea and 10 minutes to the shop. We hope to come back.

Everything is great!! Perfect!!

We stayed with a large group (5 adults + 4 children) from August 8 to 16. We were insanely satisfied! The house is great, spacious, all amenities, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Very Clean. Super Hosts! They're here to help. The sea is very close, nice wide beach. Shops and a market within walking distance. In general, complaining, just, nothing to complain about)) Would recommend!

Best thing about the datcha is the location. It is right at the lake in a more like local neighborhood setting - far away from the big tourist crowds but still close to get to the main attractions of Zatoka. Just a 10 minute walk to the Black Sea beaches.

Very cosy and comfortable house and courtyard, attentive attitude of Igor and Maya.  When we went down with the stomach flu in the first few days, Maya gave medicine, later took my wife and son to the pharmacy, shop, and beach. Special thanks to little Masha for playing with our son Yasha.  Very quiet and nice neighborhood with a 25-minute leisurely step to the beach with a five-year-old child.  Within a ten-minute walk is a supermarket, next to it, on the street, you can buy vegetables and fruits.  Without any doubt and reservations, I recommend this place.  Igor, Maya, Masha, thank you very much for your hospitality, we hope to meet again.

Great place for a quite vacation. 10 mins to the beach and 15 mins by taxi to Arkadia

Great flat in a nice area! Wonderful value for money. Very close to the beach. The view from the balcony is just a look, I was very pleased with a small table there at which it is pleasant to have breakfast and enjoy the landscape! The hostess is friendly and quick to respond. Nice to do business! Of the disadvantages, only WiFi, which in some places in the apartment does not catch well, but it is a sin to complain. We would love to come again.

Maksym was a great host. The view of the Black Sea is amazing! The apartment is brand new, and is a 15 min walk from all the night life. We would come back again! The safe was a plus for passports.
