Very nicely located and cozy cabin in quiet surroundings. Bublava is a quiet place, and a good starting point for day trips to Karlovy Vary, Cheb or Marienbad. There's not much going on in March, but it's easy to bear in front of the cozy fireplace.

We were guests with 2 small children for a total of 4 days. Although we arrived in the dark, we found the place right away. The owner welcomed us in a very friendly way at the gate. We were able to park the car on the property without any problems. The fireplace in the cozy house was already preheated. We received a brief orientation. The house has all the necessary things and is extremely quiet. Milan is very helpful and speaks English. The famous town of Krumnau can be reached in 10 minutes by car. A small shop is a 5-minute walk away. We will be happy to come back👍

We had very relaxed feel-good days with a view. The place is modern, bright and friendly, equipped with everything you need. And if something was missing, we could clarify that with Christian. Operating the ovens is not entirely without, but my friend got smart on YouTube and got the sauna properly hot (90 degrees). Afterwards, we cooled off under the magnificent starry sky on the terrace and relaxed to sauna chill sounds from the very good sound box. In the morning, we enjoyed our coffee with really fantastic views of the dam and the forest. The area offers tranquility, fresh air and plenty of opportunities for hiking or skiing/sledding in winter. Thank you for a wonderfully relaxing break!

Very cozy place in a beautiful location. The lodge is extremely clean, has everything you need from dishes or appliances, even a dishwasher. Very welcoming administration. We really liked it

I enjoyed my stay at Martina's guest house in Kohlberg. I enjoyed how large the guest house is. Plenty of room to move around and spread out. It was very quiet and peaceful in the area. The Wi-Fi provided is very good and the guest house provides many amenities. The bed is also very big and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone in the area who enjoys peace, quiet, and comfort. HOST: Martina was very helpful. I had an issue where the key to the door broke from the inside as i turned to unlock it. I was locked inside and was worried i would be late to work. Martina came to the rescue and assisted with carrying a very large ladder to assist me to come down from the second floor as they fixed the lock while i was at work. I appreciate the rapid response and assistance so early in the morning and in the cold! Thank you! **TO NOTE: Parking is available, but i did park on the street for my stay as there are no dedicated spots for guests**

We were super happy with the place! Everything is very clean, well furnished and equipped and you feel right at home. A small drawback for us was that the neighbors could look into the sauna. Otherwise everything was great! We will be happy to come back. ☺️

Very quaint and cozy cottage with modern equipment that left nothing to be desired. The spacious garden with the old trees gives the right backdrop . All in all very cozy, clean and the contact with Erik was very good!

It's a nice place for a couple

Beautiful idyllic accommodation equipped with the most necessary. My little daughter loved the carousel and the opportunities to play outside. Very nice hosts who were always available. For us, the overnight stay in the shepherd's wagon was a special experience. We will be happy to come back.

Beautifully furnished apartment. You can walk to the baker, butcher, etc. Communication worked great. It was a nice getaway.

We had a wonderful weekend in the little cottage. We hiked right behind the house and enjoyed the view and the sun. Back in the place it was super cozy and nothing was missing! We will be very happy to come back : )

The stay was very nice. Completely contactless check-in/out. Very clean and superbly equipped tiny house. Unfortunately, there are direct neighbors in front of the large glass front, which is why it was kept rather closed. However, you could also open the front side and had a nice view. Especially the skylights in the bathroom and above the bed created a very nice atmosphere.

We had a fantastic weekend at David's place. Would have liked to stay longer but would be happy to come back ☺️

The tiny house is cute and the environment is very quite and idyllic. It is the perfect spot for a romantic weekend getaway. I would recommend it.

perfect place to just spend a little time together! Everything was straightforward and the host was always quick to respond during the stay. The sauna is expensive, but it enhances everything.

If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city, this is the place to be! About the house: We always wondered what it would be like to live in a tiny house and if we had one, it would be just as lovingly furnished and equipped as this one! Everything you need to live is there. You feel very welcome as a guest. There was already a bowl of water and a treat ready for our dog. We really enjoyed the hiking trail with scavenger hunt and reward box. About the surroundings: It is very quiet. Except for birdsong, you can't hear anything and in the surrounding fields you can see the deer during the day. At night you can observe the stars very nicely, as no light on the horizon interferes. The nearest town is about 1 km away and a swimming lake is also nearby. We will be back soon and unwind :)

A high-quality accommodation furnished with a lot of love for detail and with understanding. Very clean. I felt very comfortable. Highly recommended for people who want to have some distance from everyday life.

It is a really nice cabin that is very lovingly furnished, also the sauna is very nice, for two you have a very nice relaxing time. Unfortunately, there was too little wood, so we could not use the hot tube.

We enjoyed our stay in this small idyllic cabin. The location is fantastic and the facilities leave nothing to be desired. The host was easily accessible. Only with the electricity there were problems, we recommend future guests to take this into account. Nevertheless: absolutely recommended!

The circus wagon more than met our expectations for a quiet and relaxing holiday. Richard and Dani have made a little paradise. The car has everything you need in a small space and is very tastefully furnished with a lot of love for detail. The service was top, friendly, likeable and unobtrusive, the hosts gave us a pleasant time. For our baby, we were individually and lovingly prepared some amenities (floor bed, swing, high chair). Would love to come again.

We had a great time. The place is super quiet and the view of nature is just great. We enjoyed the evenings and nights at the fire pit. The place itself is decorated with a lot of love and you can find everything you need. The camping toilet could have been mentioned a little earlier, but you can manage it. We were completely thrilled and can only recommend the accommodation!

An absolute dream! The little wooden house was exactly what we were looking for – cozy, lovingly decorated and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing break. The fireplace in particular created a wonderfully warm and cozy atmosphere, and the comfortable bed was perfect for restful nights. The kitchen was small but very well equipped – we could easily prepare everything we wanted. And the beautiful view from the window was the icing on the cake while cooking! The fenced garden was ideal for our dog, who had plenty of space to romp around. We had absolute peace, were able to completely switch off and just breathe deeply. Thank you so much for this great experience – we will definitely be back!
