We had a wonderful stay. The place was clean, cozy, and perfectly appointed. The café next door is a particular highlight – Carmen even opens for Airbnb guests outside regular hours. At check-in there was a short delay, which she sweetened for us with two free ice cream cups. The next morning she gave us cappuccino and cake with the words: “You have already paid enough for the accommodation.“ This warmth runs through the entire stay. The lovingly designed guest book contains all the important information – from doctors to leisure tips. The rabbits on the farm are a nice touch. We were particularly impressed that Carmen actively asked for feedback on departure to further improve her service. This attitude absolutely speaks to the fact that she is a passionate hostess and wants to make sure everyone has a great time. Insider tip: Email Carmen before booking ;)

There's nothing wrong with it. The place is totally beautiful, super clean, nicely processed (no puff) and everything was really thought of. The decor and decor is stylish and not cluttered. It makes you feel right at home. A very clear recommendation. We'll be back!

Romantic house in beautiful location. We loved it!

We had a great week in the apartment and felt completely comfortable! The apartment is surprisingly spacious – it looks even bigger in real life than in the pictures – and also the garden is really big, which was great for playing football together, for example. A highlight was definitely the jacuzzi, which we had a lot of fun. From the house you can start directly to hikes, but we also took a trip to the small Arbersee and took a beautiful tour there. In general, it is helpful to arrive by car because it makes it simply more flexible in terms of activities. The communication with the landlords was consistently great – friendly, straightforward and fast. Overall we had a really nice time and can only recommend the place!

The stay at the place was great, the pictures don't promise too much! The apartment was clean and beautifully decorated, the high fence and the gate in front of the house gave us a feeling of privacy at all times. We were also greeted with snacks and drinks and there was Amazon Prime and Netflix set up from the property. Everything went smoothly and uncomplicated. All in all, the accommodation is highly recommended and worth every penny! If we go to the Czech Republic again, then definitely to Sarka again :)

The small cottage is surrounded by nature and is beautiful! From the hot tub, you can look directly into the forest and also relax wonderfully on the porch. The accomodation was very clean and had everything you could need. You should only not underestimate the stairs to the bedroom, which were then very steep, but doable! We highly recommend it.

We felt super comfortable in the beautiful house and spent a pleasant short vacation with our friends. Depending on the sun's position and mood, we found many inviting places around the house to linger comfortably up to an exclusive free seat I'm tree house... what more could you want!

A quiet home near Prague. Perfect for a familiy weekend to chillout and see some new places

We had a great long weekend together with friends in Olga's house. We loved it. House and property are extremely well maintained and in a very quiet location. There is a hot tub in the garden, which also offers a refreshment in the summer during the day and invites you to linger in the evening. The absolutely fenced grounds were especially great - especially with the dogs who enjoyed the time very much. We will be happy to come back, especially because the area invites you to great cycling adventures. So also an absolute recommendation for larger groups. However, it should be noted that it is great for 4-5 couples. There were several double beds in one room - you should know that, but is also well communicated and we were able to see this from the reviews beforehand. Warm thanks, dear Olga!

Great villa to visit. Very close to airport and not too far from central

We were very happy with the place, everything looks exactly like the pictures. The pool on the terrace was our absolute highlight with beautiful views. Max was always reachable in case of any problems.

This place exceeded our expectations ! We were extremely satisfied. The house is fully equipped as if you were at home. Everything is clean, beautiful, and fine-tuned to the last detail. The price is higher , but it matches the quality. Thank you!

The place was great, even more beautiful than in the photos. It was very clean and tidy. Bedrooms were lovely. Someone came by twice a day and heated it up. If anyone is wondering now if there was possibly no warm water at times or if it gets cold in the accommodation, I can give the all-clear. It was never cold, we always had hot water (13 people, including 4 children). The lady who came to heat the room was very friendly and always very careful not to attract attention. The kitchen was fully equipped and clean. All in all, we were more than thrilled. It couldn't have been better. We really enjoyed the stay and would love to come back at any time. The place was excellent. The house was large and offered many opportunities for relaxing together. We were 13 people and all found a nice place. The door lock needs to be replaced, but that's the only drawback.

We were so happy with everything. The place is lovely, clean, cozy and mega large. The area is super quiet, you can relax very well there. We had everything you need in a place to stay. Katrin is super sweet and immediately helped if you wanted to know something or needed something. You immediately feel comfortable in this place and we were really sad when we had to leave again. We will certainly come back.

We had a great weekend in a large group at the cabin. There was nothing missing, Franz was super accessible before as well as during this time, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

All wonderful as described. (Interior) architecturally very high quality designed, attention to detail (without being overloaded). Mini notes (it should be emphasized again: in total everything very good [!], for the sake of completeness in terms of value for money, but at least mentioned): The outdoor spa area is quite open from all sides (no problem for us, but some may be uncomfortable). The hot tub must be heated up with wood. Technically easy to implement, but depending on outside temperature and previous water temperature, it takes an extremely long time (>2h) without being able to reach the required water temperature (so you can also withstand at least half an hour without freezing); furthermore, the air pump of the bubble function is so loud that you can only talk very loudly... Sleeping area under Dachfirst -> certain physical mobility of the tenants required! :-) Thanks for hosting!!

Perfect break! The accommodation was simply fantastic – everything was clean, stylishly furnished and well equipped. Especially the hot tub and sauna made our stay unforgettable – pure relaxation! The hosts were very friendly and everything worked smoothly.

A very nice and cozy cottage – we felt comfortable from the first moment and settled in right away. The check-in was very quick and easy. On the day of departure, we also briefly met the landlords. In the short encounter, they seemed very friendly and interested. We particularly liked that they actively asked us for suggestions for improvement. We can absolutely recommend the hut!

The wooden house is situated in a very beautiful environment. Ideal place for couples and families. Quiet, private, with all the amenities you need. The sauna and hot tub are the highlight! We were in a larger group of friends over the weekend in the Dreisesselhaislhüttn and were completely happy :) The photos and descriptions correspond to the cottage, the food ordered from the party service as well as the bread roll service tasted great and were on time, the beds were very cozy and are also suitable for larger groups and the hot pot was our highlight for relaxing :) Clear recommendation!

An absolute insider tip for anyone who appreciates peace and nature! We spent three days in the Tiny House in an apple orchard in the Czech Republic - and it was simply fantastic. As soon as you arrive, you can feel the complete tranquillity: no houses in sight, just green meadows, cows in the pasture and a direct view of nature through the large windows. The Tiny House was super clean and perfectly equipped - everything had been thought of: slippers, rain poncho, wellies, fire bowl with firewood and even skewers for sausages or marshmallows. We were particularly pleased with the bottle of Secco, fresh eggs and yogurt in the fridge - such a lovely gesture! Contact with the host was always quick, friendly and helpful. We would love to come back - a real little break from everyday life!
