The accommodation is as described, very clean, spacious and comfortable. The sauna is a very nice plus and easy to use. The beds could be a little more comfortable, but it suited us. located 15 minutes from the Obri-Hrac hike, which offers a nice view. Higher than the accommodation, within walking distance, also another very nice walk. 1 hour from Cesky Krumlov, which is really worth visiting. Responsive hosts, but inquire ahead of time about the possibilities of activities in the area. Shared washing machine with the other listing.

Had a lovely stay, house is old so the water pressure is a bit low, but always hot!

A very spacious house in a small neighborhood consisting of similar, free-standing houses. You can park your car right next to the house. A big living room (kitchen, big and sturdy kitchen table and a couch) with lots of light. Comfortable bedrooms and good beds. From the small balcony you can see the lake. Everything you need is present and the house is ideal to make trips in the surrounding. Shops and restaurant are at 10–15 minute walk (although the way back is up-hill…). Petra is easy to communicate with, there is a caretaker present for many of the houses in this neighborhood. Our only remark: the Wi-Fi is only bearable for messages, but you have 4G mobile connection in this location. Very recommendable if you like a quiet environment and a very spacious house !

The house is identical as shown in the photos and it is a nice, quiet location in the fall. The staff is friendly at the reception and answers all questions. The accommodation was clean as we are also used to from the previous accommodations. Gladly come back.

Perfect accommodation and service *****

There were 9 of us in the accommodation. The house is great and offers everything you need. 3 different grills are available (smoker, Weber and open grill bowl). Multiple showers and toilets make it much easier when traveling with a large group. The house has several rooms with 3 or 2 beds. The view of the canal is awesome. I highly recommend booking the place along with the bar. The bar is awesome. Plenty of space, music system, projector, TV, stage, light music and a beer tap are provided. This takes barbecuing in the evening and partying together to a new level:) Right in front of the house there is plenty of free parking available for easily 7-10 cars. Nearby (max 5-10 minutes by car) there are many. Grocery shopping from well-known supermarkets. Michal is a friendly, helpful and a great host. We will be happy to come back! Thank you

Perfect for groups with several people or couples due to many rooms and bathrooms. Communication was smooth over the phone. Kitchen is very well-equipped. All information according to the previously distributed contract - i.e. wood, tourist tax and electricity were charged extra afterwards. Location is perfect for nature lovers, as well as great for children.

The property is very nicely located and offers plenty of space for a large group. The house has been lovingly restored and you feel very comfortable. The quiet and undisturbed location is very nice. Behind the house is the castle park and a hiking trail, as well as a beer garden with playground in summer. Highly recommended for families.

The place was great, even more beautiful than in the photos. It was very clean and tidy. Bedrooms were lovely. Someone came by twice a day and heated it up. If anyone is wondering now if there was possibly no warm water at times or if it gets cold in the accommodation, I can give the all-clear. It was never cold, we always had hot water (13 people, including 4 children). The lady who came to heat the room was very friendly and always very careful not to attract attention. The kitchen was fully equipped and clean. All in all, we were more than thrilled. It couldn't have been better. We really enjoyed the stay and would love to come back at any time. We were in the accommodation with a slightly larger group and therefore had it to ourselves. The common area and kitchen proved perfect for eating together and spending time. The spacious sauna also contributed greatly to the well-being. Due to its location on a country road, the accommodation is easily accessible and still not too noisy. So you can also easily walk into the adjacent nature or drive to the ski resorts. The individual apartments have all surprised us very positively, they are very spacious, have everything you need and are very bright. We would rent the place again any time.

The place was wonderful! We had everything we needed and more. Everything was very clean and pure. The scenery is phenomenal. The cows graze in the wide fields, you have the forests and mountains in the distance. Communication with Simone was quick and friendly. We had a wonderful and relaxing vacation and would be happy to come back!

Quite a spacious house and is very well equipped in terms of furniture, kitchen as well as linen. Great host, very responsive and supportive by providing valuable tips as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and is totally recommended!!

Dorit is a very warm person, very friendly and had perfect tips for excursions for us. The apartment was accurate, perfect. There was a small bottle of sparkling wine to welcome you😍👍. We felt very comfortable and will definitely be back.

overall we had a wonderful stay, well situated for access to forests for walking and mushroom foraging, comfortable, excellent communication and flexibility from hosts three small niggles were the requirement for an additional deposit to be paid outside of the airbnb platform, foam mattresses, and neighbourhood dogs that failed to respect the nighttime noise curfew
