Heating is provided by an electric meter with a switch to radiators. There is a fireplace heater in the attic. Hot water is in the kitchen from an electric boiler, in the sink in the bathroom from a flow heater, and water for bathing from a solid fuel boiler (spa boiler). Parking is available in the garden. This is a very quiet place to relax.

An 18th century holiday cottage, completely renovated in 2018. Our guests have an entire separate house in which there is a common room on the ground floor with a kitchenette, a separate toilet and a bathroom, along with a Finnish sauna made of linden wood and in the attic two bedrooms with a layout, one bedroom for 3 adults and a larger bedroom for 4 adults (or two adults and three children). Everything in Šumavský Podlesí. You can use the garden and a seating area with barbecue facilities. Guests have full privacy.

Unique cottage, newly reconstructed but with respect to the past, to rural south bohemian architecture. The house is set in the middle of very small a piecefull village, it has a small garden closed in a yard so you have complete privacy. Outdoor firepit and open fireplace in an old cozy barn.
