Highly recommended. We felt right at home when we checked into this beautifully done apartment, which is brighter and cozier than it looks in the Photos. Sarah & Emanuel are very gracious hosts, always responsive & providing recommendations for restaurants.

We felt very comfortable - the sauna and the possibility to bathe in the neighboring bathing pond are especially great. The great surroundings offer many more possibilities.

Very clean, nice and modern accommodation. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need (e.g. also a washer-dryer). Very good location close to downtown and university. A little noisy with open windows due to adjacent main road, but not disturbing with closed windows (well insulated). Would book here again.

We spent the Pentecost holidays with Stefan and Nici as a family with our 1-year-old daughter and a couple of friends. Lovingly furnished apartment with an eye for detail. It was all very clean and very well equipped. There was even a play corner, baby dishes, a changing table and a crib. Nici greeted us in a friendly way. There was a welcome drink in the fridge and there was fruit with it. We also received helpful tips for activities and restaurants nearby. Despite the constant rain, we felt very full and highly recommend the stay!

A great place to feel good even for a longer time. Super nice and practically furnished! The location is perfect in Deggendorf. You are immediately at the market square and the cinema is right next door! Just a 10-minute walk to TH Deggendorf! Communication with Eva and Helmut was great!

Absolutely loved it! For someone looking for peace of mind this is absolute heaven. Haven’t slept this good in years. And the place is just super cute vintage. Created with love, care and aesthetics. Absolutely outstanding! Just make sure to check the bus situation or take a Bolt if you don’t have a car, because google maps told me about a bus stop that didn’t exist.

We stayed for a week in Deggendorf with Johanna and Johann, who are very attentive and friendly hosts. The penthouse is cozy, practical and tastefully decorated. The beds are comfortable. We had caught a lot of rain and so instead of hiking we got to know some museums, e.g. the museums in the village (crafts and local history).

Karin's place is very nice, communication was straightforward and the location of the apartment is great. Despite the slightly worse weather, it made it a nice stay in Furth im Wald.

The location is just great. Even when you turn off the street into the unpaved road, you feel like you've arrived on vacation. At the end of the driveway is the farm, in a quiet location on the edge of the village of Bayerisch Eisenstein overlooking it and the Arber. The apartment on the upper floor is cozy and clean and the hostess is very friendly. An absolute recommendation, summer and winter. There are endless hiking and skiing possibilities, both on the German and Czech sides, as well as restaurants if you don't want to cook in the apartment, which is easily possible, as everything necessary is available.

The accommodation is suitable for mountain hikes between Lusen, Gr. Rachel and Gr. Arber well located, possible starting points were easily accessible from there by public transport (daily, departure every hour). Within walking distance, there was everything you needed to prepare for the tours in the village with a small supermarket, bakery and butcher shop. It is best to find out about the opening hours before arrival. On the balcony of the apartment, you can perfectly end day trips in the sun and with a good view, after cooking something in the well-equipped kitchen. The apartment was very clean and is cozy and spacious. The hosts were very friendly, quickly accessible and helpful. A special feature was the farewell by shuttle service to the train station, thank you for the lovely stay and your hospitality!

We - my mother, my daughter and I - wanted to spend a cozy, girls' break together. And we really could do that in Katrin's apartment! Check-in was easy, parking no problem, and the location is great because you can get everywhere very quickly, but it is really nice and quiet on site. The apartment was fantastic: modern, cozy, lots of wood, cuddly, lots of seating, kitchen well equipped. At our request, we also received a baby cot and high chair without any problems. Communication with Katrin was extremely pleasant, helpful and fast. We actually felt very comfortable immediately and would like to spend a break here again for three - this time 😉 with dad. Thanks for a great vacation with you, Katrin! ❤️

the accommodation is a dream! very quiet location with large terrace and Asian garden. The perfect way to get in the mood for a visit to the nearby Nepal Himalaya Park. We felt very comfortable. The apartment is very nice and conveniently furnished. Everything was great!

Freshly renovated and super equipped apartment. Children always had something to play with, which was in the apartment for them. Plenty of dishes available. Ideal for a family.

My girlfriend, our dogs and I loved the place! The loft is simply amazing and you feel right at home and in good hands there. The surroundings are great for anyone who wants to relax and come down and I can only recommend it to everyone. We had a great and very relaxing time there :)

We had a great time in the apartment with the Adam family. Very cozy, lovingly furnished and well-equipped apartment. Sauna and hot tub (€20 per use) are also a great addition. Alois was very friendly, accommodating and we were even able to check in later than advertised. If you're looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be.

We were able to relax well. The apartment is great and uncomplicated for loading and unloading luggage. Swimming pool is great and we also liked the rest of the complex. The surroundings are very nice and were fantastic in the beautiful weather, which we had in our time on site. The apartment is well equipped, with everything you need to stay for a long time. There is even a possibility to use a washer-dryer. The bed is simple and good, we were able to sleep restfully. The kitchen is well equipped and even has a dishwasher. I think for a small apartment it offers a lot of amenities. Price - performance we found very good. Thank you!
