We have been building and tinkering for a long time, and now it is finished: Our vacation chalet in the middle of the most beautiful Bavarian Forest. A cottage where we like to vacation ourselves: a large living room with a comfortable couch, cozy corner bench and a fully equipped kitchen. Solid wood beds from the carpenter with premium mattresses. Two spacious bathrooms with rain showers and a sauna for the gray days. We enjoyed an extended WE here. A really nice place to stay. Cozily decorated and very well equipped. With everything you need and more, even with the "little things" - even spices we found in abundance in the kitchen. Great and nice contact with Regina , she was always accessible for questions. The guest folder with tips for bakers, food, shopping, etc. was there as well as all the information about the apartment. So we were able to get started right away. The location is great, very quiet and with beautiful views over the lake. And yet centrally located for activities such as climbing (Hohenglücksteig / Norissteig) , cycling tours through the Oberpfälzer Seenland (four lakes or Schwarzachtal cycle path) or a trip to Donaustauf or Regensburg, which we also made everything extensive. So the 3 days were actually too short.... All in all, a (secret) tip for the region.

A wooden sauna entrance features red and white checkered curtains and charming heart decorations. Inside, the sauna benches are bathed in soft lighting, creating a relaxing ambiance. The warm wood walls enhance the inviting atmosphere, providing a tranquil space for relaxation.

Fatima is a very ambitious host. Shortly before arrival, we even received tips for restaurants and things to do. The house is fantastically equipped - we lacked nothing. She explained the heating with the stoves very well, so we had no problems with it. Fatima was also always available and helpful during our stay. Our absolute highlight was the tranquility in the village, the nearby walking paths for our dogs and the conservatory for resting. The house has been renovated with a lot of love. Beds were very comfortable. In the kitchen there were all the utensils to take good care of yourself. Water, wine, sweets and fresh fruit were available as well as pretty flowers as a welcome greeting. Thank you, Fatima!

When we arrived it was a WOW at first!!! Super cozy, CLEAN and we didn't miss anything. It was simply provided with everything you could ever need as standard! THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!! The chalet has a beautiful atmosphere; inside and out! We can't wait to visit! Excellent! Definitely recommended!!!

We enjoyed staying with family Wenzl very much. The apartment is so spacious and equipped with everything and in a wonderful location. From there you can do so much and the husband-and-wife team Wenzl are super friendly and gave us many hints for excursions. We can only recommend the great apartment to everyone, which we have already done in our circle of friends. Thanks for the wonderful time.
