Tanja e Darko ci hanno accolto in modo amorevole. Sorridenti e sempre disponibili, ci hanno dato tutte le indicazioni utili per esplorare la zona e ci hanno coccolato offrendoci prodotti del loro territorio e un’ottima merenda preparata da Tanja. L’alloggio è estremamente curato e pulitissimo, con aria condizionata, zanzariere, parcheggio e un piccolo giardino recintato perfetto per viaggiare col proprio cane. Situato in zona tranquilla e comoda a raggiungere il mare con una passeggiata di pochi minuti. Raggiungibili a piedi anche un minimarket, il panificio e un ristorante. Consigliatissimo! Noi non vediamo l’ora di tornare!!

Thank you very much. We had a wonderful stay of two nights. We visited the world famous Caves and the castle. The apartment is as described, very calm, very spacious, lots of privacy, own washing machine which came handy, parking space just in front of the house, and a garden full of toys for kids. Our daughter loved running in the garden and exploring it. We can highly recommend this quiet paradise after a day full of sightseeings.

Das Häuschen von Elizabeta ist ein Traum. ein wunderschönes Steinhaus mit drei klimatisierten Schlafzimmern, jeweils eigenem Bad und bequemen Betten. Die Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein. Elizabetas Oma hat uns mit leckeren Himbeeren aus den eigenen Garten versorgt. Wenngleich wir leider weder italienisch noch kroatisch sprechen, konnten wir uns mit den Großeltern dann doch verständigen. Elizabeta spricht fantastisch Englisch und reagierte auf Nachrichten von uns sehr schnell. Check-in und Check-out waren super unkompliziert. Kurzum: Es war wunderbar und wir empfehlen das Haus sehr gerne weiter.

Wir hatten einen perfekten Urlaub mit 2 kleinen Kindern im Haus von Anna. Der Garten und die Terrasse um abends draußen zu sitzen und zu grillen war ein absolutes Highlight. Perfekte Lage zum Meer und zu den Radwegen. Danke Anna für Deine nette Kommunikation.

The apartment was even more beautiful than the Airbnb description and photos. We felt at home straightaway, great location and really well fitted out. Loved the sleeping space, bathroom and terrace.

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal in dem wunderschönen Haus von Nejc. Es ist einfach eine Wohlfühloase! Ein tolles Haus, das mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet wurde. Es ist alles da was man braucht, um sich wohl zu fühlen. Der idyllische Garten hat uns jeden Morgen aufs Neue erfreut und auch unser Hund liebt es dort. Um an die Küste zu kommen muss man 20 Minuten mit dem Auto einplanen, aber es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Nejc ist ein toller Gastgeber, der immer erreichbar ist und trotzdem absolut die Privatsphäre seiner Gäste bewahrt. Wir werden ganz sicher wieder kommen! Danke Nejc!!!💖

Helena hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Sie Absprache wann wir ankommen hat super funktioniert. Sie hat uns vor Ort alles erklärt und gezeigt und uns auch Tipps gegeben, wo man gut essen gehen kann. Man hatte vor Ort einfach alles schon da, ein kleiner Einkauf war schon gemacht, für den ersten Hunger. Spülmaschinen tabs , taps für die Waschmaschine, Spüllappen , aber auch Grillkohle…… alles vorhanden. Dann wurde ein grosser Obstkorb zwischendurch vorbei gebracht . Helena war auch immer zu erreichen und hat nach einem kleinen Unwetter auch am nächsten Tag gefragt , ob es uns gut geht und ob wer kommen soll zum sauber machen. Pool wurde zwischendrin auch einmal gereinigt. Mit Hund auch super dort, weil ordentlich eingezäunt, gassi runde auch kein Problem. Also wir waren rund um zufrieden und würden wieder hinfahren. Lieben Dank an Helena und auch an deinen Mann🫶🏻

Environnent agréable et calme - centre de portoroz à proximité Alenka nous a donne toutes les instructions en amont pour un agréable séjour et était réactive en cas d’imprévu 👍 Merci de nous avoir permis de passer quelques magnifiques journées sur votre boathouse

Sehr modernes Haus mit toller Ausstattung. Man sollte bedenken, dass man ein Auto benötigt, aber das fanden wir gut, da wir so Privatsphäre hatten und mit dem Auto war man dennoch schnell bei vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie am Meer. Wir haben immer super schnell Rückmeldung bei Fragen bekommen. Probleme gab es keine — im Gegenteil. Und trotzdem hatten wir immer unsere Ruhe und Privatsphäre. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden wieder kommen!

We had an amazing time! The house and poolhouse are absolutely great and also a very clean and amazing pool in the garden. Sabina is a great host, pro active, answers quickly. We would love to go back!

Was für eine unglaublich schöne Villa! Bei weitem der beste Airbnb-Aufenthalt aller Zeiten. Es ist einfach wie zu Hause zu sein, ein schönes Haus in der Tat! Spektakuläre und funktionale Küche, Glas überall für einen herrlichen Blick auf den Pool und über die nahe gelegenen Hügel, vier super komfortable Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad, alle extrem sauber, alles einfach perfekt. Der beheizte Pool im späten Oktober ist ein Juwel. Am wichtigsten ist, Emma und Felix sind extrem freundlich, nett, flexibel und reagieren auf alle Kommunikation rechtzeitig. Mehr kann man sich nicht wünschen.

Wir haben als Paar mit kleinem Hund unsere ersten Istrien Ferien hier verbracht. Die Unterkunft war super modern, sehr grosszügig und top ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Auch der Aussenbereich mit schönem Pool und grünem Umschwung war super und da er auch komplett eingezäunt war, hat auch auch unser kleine Hund volle Freiheit geniessen können. Andreja hat auch auf unseren Wunsch den zusätzlichen Whirlpool im Mai noch auf der Terrasse in Betrieb gelassen, was wir sehr geschätzt haben, da es aufgrund des Wetters zum Baden im Pool leider zu kalt war. Grill ein zusätzliches Plus. Auf ein Auto ist man definitiv angewiesen, aber als Ausgangspunkt war es sehr super mit je ca. 30min Fahrt nach Porec und Rovinj und ca. 40min nach Pula. Es gibt also in der nahegelegenen Umgebung viel zu unternehmen und trotzdem kann man sich in dieser Unterkunft super der Hektik entziehen und die Seele baumeln lassen. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft sehr gerne weiter:)

Ho trascorso il Capodanno con i miei amici nell’alloggio di Stefan e siamo rimasti molto colpiti per la bellezza della casa, nuova, pulita, funzionale, dotata di ogni comfort. Le camere ciascuna con il proprio bagno offrono la massima privacy ad ogni ospite mentre il salone open permette di godersi i momenti insieme agli altri ospiti nel relax e nella comodità più totale. Stefan è un host fantastico, sempre disponibile che ci ha messo nelle condizioni ottimali per sentirci a casa. Grazie!

The Villa is beautiful. The architecture, design and build is first rate. The interior design is soothing and comfortable. A mix of stone farmhouse and modern mediterranean. Everything was very high quality and most impressive. The location and views are amazing. The pool and pool house are stunning. The landscape is very well done, the garden ( we did pick tomatoes, watermelon, baby carrots and shallots, after we asked if it was ok) is lovely. The grapes were picked during our stay and one of our group helped out ( for about 15 minutes, ha ha). The only minor drawback were the bugs. Evidently late Sept early Oct. is the season for a particular bug. No big thing. I highly recommend the Villa and thank you Andreas and Hana.

Tanja's place is a great spot to stay when visiting Izola. It's within walking distance of the promenade and beaches, and it includes a parking spot—a rare find during peak season. The apartment is very well equipped for a short stay, with a comfortable bed and a spacious shower. The outdoor area is a bonus, complete with furniture and a gas BBQ. Tanja is a fantastic host—very friendly and welcoming. She shared freshly picked cherries and wine with us, and we had a lovely evening together. As a sweet farewell gesture, she even gave our son a plush toy. We're already looking forward to coming back!

Everything was perfect from start to the end of the booking process. You will find Emi's accommodations to be quite serene and pleasant. But the most surprising feature was the large garden, which will make your stay more enjoyable. Certainly, his home is quiet, nice, and well-equipped with all conveniences, and Edi will assist you in having a very wonderful time during your stay.

Tolle Unterkunft, die wir jederzeit wieder buchen würden. Sehr netter Gastgeber. Pool und Garten waren sehr hübsch und gepflegt. Auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank!

Super saubere, kleine Wohnung, für 2 Personen u. kleinen Hund absolut ausreichend, mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Alles war wie vorab beschrieben. Wlan und TV funktionieren einwandfrei, falls man dies benötigt. Ana wohnt über dem Apartment und ist immer erreichbar wenn man sie braucht. Im Eingangsbereich ist ein kleiner gemütlicher Sitzplatz. Auch Anas Hund Aaron war von unserer kleinen, ruhigen Hündin begeistert 😀, außerhalb des Apartments, -ca. 70 m- gibt es eine Wiese zum Gassi gehen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

If you are looking for a different rental, this is the one for you. It’s miles away from the standard ikea furnished rental, it has tons of charm (both from the period it was built and the care from the owner), it secluded, and it’s challenging your habits. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is great. The terrasse is awesome. Marina sent lots of instructions and was easy to reach. Highly recommend

Gorgeous little house just outside Umag. Two minutes stroll to the sea and a couple of restaurants/beach bars. The house comes with an SUP and two bikes which was great. We drove into Umag most evenings for dinner where there are loads of restaurants, we particularly liked the ones along the sea front. We also drove to Rovinj which is beautiful and Porec. We felt Umag was nicely off the beaten track, away from other busy places in August.

prachtig ruim appartement op de begane grond A1, er zijn nog 2 appartementen 1 boven en 1 links achter. Het uitzicht is prachtig. De keuken is compleet met grote koelkast en afwasmachine. Het bed was ook van goede kwaliteit. Donald reageert snel en is flexibel. In hetzelfde straatje is een afhaal ijssalon en een taverne Marea waar je lekker kan eten voor weinig geld. Umag een dorpje verderop 5 km. is heel gezellig met veel restaurants en een boulevard en de Lidl. In 30 minuten rij je naar Porec. Zwemmen in de zee kan voor het appartement. Je zit daar heerlijk rustig, weg van alle drukte. We hebben het daar heel fijn gehad. Een aanbeveling.
