Free parking and a large lawn in front of the apartment are available. The apartment has its own entrance and a mini gym. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a "Welcome Basket" with local delicacies. The skate park and sports field are located in the immediate vicinity. We offer our guests free bike rental. The location offers an excellent starting point for excursions.

It offers a spacious kitchen connected directly to the living room, a double bedroom, a double bedroom and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. It is accessed directly from the private terrace overlooking the courtyard. The location is great for visiting the historic center and all the most beautiful sites of the city on foot and the urban bus terminus is only 5 minutes away.

The location is along the Italian border so you can visit Slovenian and Italian places which are accessible within an hour's drive: Soča river, Lipica, Postojnska and Škocjanska cave, Goriška Brda (wine region), Piran, Sistiana, Trieste, Grado, Venice.

Located among vineyards and the sounds of nature, the Saxida Estate offers a charming setting where you can leave your everyday worries behind. The bungalows are surrounded by large green spaces, while the children’s play area, a pool and an outdoor gym are close by and free to use. There is a restaurat serving local food on the place, reservation for the dinner is requested. In the mornings breakfast is available upon reservation. Surrounded by the city’s most famed attractions, the apartment allows easy access to the countless cafés and restaurants of the area, but is located in a side street, sheltered from the clamour of nightlife. Other features are wi-fi, air conditioning system and a small private balcony.
