When we discovered this magical place in 2020, in Bystřice near Včelákov at the foot of the Železné Mountains in the Protected Landscape Area, we knew that we wanted to share it and pass on its energy to other people. On one side a forest, on the other a pond, pure nature, peace and fresh air. We have built 2 cottages here, which have separate entrances, so you will not disturb each other at all. And who are we? The cottage is located on the outskirts of the village overlooking the Orlické Mountains. The garden is fenced, which is very safe for small children and pets. A courtyard is available for parking your vehicle. There are many bike trails, forests, ponds, and beautiful nature in the area. The village of Poběžovice is located about 15 km from two large regional cities, Pardubice and Hradec Králové. There are many sports and cultural activities. History lovers will find many castles and chateaux nearby.

We offer an unconventional circular straw house with a large garden and pond. It is located in a picturesque corner of the Vysočina region, on the edge of the small village of Bystrá. There are plenty of interesting and pleasant things nearby, the castle of Lipnice nad Sázavou, quarries, forests, meadows, rivers and ponds, all of which are dominated by the mythical Melechov. The cottage is small, fully furnished, comfortable for two people. It will be appreciated by romantics and lovers of old times.
