Wir waren nur gerade 1 Nacht im Haus, welches aber wunderschön eingerichtet ist und man sich sofort wohl fühlt. Es ist super gelegen und hat alles zu bieten was man benötigt. Wir würden die Unterkunft wieder buchen.

So peaceful and private with birdsong amongst the flowers, strawberries and olive trees. It felt like our home away from home. The villa is spotlessly clean with plenty of towels for the 2.5 bathrooms and swimming pool. A central location to use as a base to explore different aspects of Istria including the hill top villages and diverse coastal areas. The host Marjana, is warm and. delightful. She and her partner want to make your stay very memorable.

A Hidden Gem in Pazin – Absolutely Perfect Stay! Staying at Nikolina’s place was an absolute dream. The home was spotless, tastefully decorated, and filled with thoughtful details that made us feel instantly welcome. The setting is peaceful and scenic — ideal for relaxing or exploring the beautiful Istrian countryside. What truly made the experience unforgettable was Nikolina herself and her family. She was incredibly helpful and kind — whether we needed help drying clothes, setting up the grill, or tasting her delicious homemade almond grappa, she was always there with a smile and genuine hospitality. If you’re looking for a quiet, charming, and heartwarming getaway, this is the place. We’d return in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone visiting the region!

Daniela und Korado haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns zuerst eine Führung durch das Anwesen gegeben. Die gesamte Kommunikation war sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und schnell. Alles entsprach der Beschreibung und die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist einfach großartig; der große Pool war nicht nur erfrischend, sondern man konnte auch sehr gut darin schwimmen. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Unterkunft und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir können das Haus und Daniela sowie Korado als Gastgeber sehr empfehlen.

Abbiamo trovato l'incantevole appartamento di Tina con estrema facilità, arredato con gusto e dotato di tutto il necessario per 2 persone. Tina è una host che comunica con cortesia e fornisce indicazioni utilissime per un soggiorno davvero godibilissimo. E' consentito l'accesso con l'auto al centro del borgo di Pićan, esattamente di fronte all'ingresso della casa, con agio di 10/15 minuti per scarico e carico bagagli e il parcheggio sotto gli alberi del vicinissimo parco giochi dei bambini è gratuito. La quiete del posto sarà molto apprezzata da coloro che cercano e trovano, finalmente, il silenzio e la tranquillità tanto rari in questa chiassosa epoca. Ci sentiamo di consigliarlo senza alcuna riserva! Tina inoltre si è dimostrata particolarmente reattiva, con grande gentilezza, quando abbiamo posto alla sua attenzione un problema che si è verificato per nostra disattenzione e che abbiamo risolto grazie a lei! Wunderschöne Villa am Rande der süßen Stadt Bale. Man ist in 15 min mit dem Rad am Meer. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 10 min mit dem Auto. Der Pool halb im Wohnzimmer ist der Hammer und angenehm warm. Marko und Dunja sind super nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Absolute Empfehlung!

We enjoyed a great time in the villa Aurelia. The house is perfect for many people with all the equipments needed. On top you can enjoy good time with the table tennis, snooker or the jacuzzi. The place is very quiet and well located close to Labin old center and all the shops. Zoran was a very nice host, always reactive with very good recommendations in the area!

Wir haben einen sehr erholsamen, zweiwöchigen Urlaub verbracht. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ausserhalb, aber deshalb umso ruhiger. Nicht nur abends, sonder auch über den Tag hört man vielleicht mal einen Hund bellen oder die Grillen zirpen.Mit dem Auto ist man in ca. 20 Minuten beim großen Supermarkt und ein ca einer halben Stunde am Strand. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und klimatisiert. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und herrlich erfrischend. Dragan und seine Familie waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben sich sehr bemüht, dass es uns gut ging, entweder durch die leckeren Eier von den Hühnern oder die guten Ausflugstipps. Ein großes Highlight war die Einladung zum Bootstrip mit Dragan am späten Nachmittag bis in den Sonnenuntergang. Ein paar Mal haben wir bei Dragans Familie gefrühstückt und zu Abend gegessen. Das kann man vor Ort bestellen und ist von der Preis/Leistung super. Alles in allem können wir diese Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Hier kann man sich vom Alltag erholen.
