Very clean (absolutely no dust anywhere) great location, spacious, stunning views, private and very quiet. Very sweet hosts who clearly enjoy running their Airbnb apartment above their house. Lovely outdoor kitchen which was very tidy. A couple of things to note, when driving to the apartment Google Maps takes you down a road that's closed and full of JCBs etc. so a word of warning to go round the town and in from the other side would have been good. The decor is quite old fashioned (this is in no way a negative, it's just more so than appears on photos) with lots of china dolls through the apartment. It adds character and is very Slovenian and authentic. Again no massive issue but slightly unexpected. You get used to them watching you sleep after a while. Overall tho it's a great apartment and we'd really recommend anyone to stay here.

We had the most magical stay at Glamping Zarja! Nestled in the serene mountains near Postojna, this place is a true hidden gem. Appartamento ristrutturato con tutti i confort, la cucina non ha tutti gli accessori che servirebbero per sfruttarla come a casa propria, ma nel complesso è un bell' appartamento.. peccato per il complesso in cui si trova, abbastanza datato e meritevole di alcuni accorgimenti come rifare le scale di legno che portano all'appartamento ( condizioni pessime molto traballanti) , luce nel corridoio che porta all'appartamento assente, di sera è buio e non proprio praticabile. Tea però è un host attivo e disponibile per tutte le esigenze. Lo consiglio per qualità prezzo.

Pekné, čisté a pohodlné ubytovanie priamo v centre mesta poskytuje skvelý komfort. Súkromné parkovanie vo dvore je veľkou výhodou, ktorá výrazne uľahčí pobyt. Prostredie je tiché a príjemné, ideálne na oddych po dni strávenom v meste. Ubytovateľ je ústretový a ochotný pomôcť. Určite odporúčam každému, kto hľadá kvalitné a praktické ubytovanie.

Vi hade några underbara dygn i Polponas fina lägenhet, belägen mitt i gamla staden strax under berget där slottet ligger. (gickan bakvägen så var man precis vi linbanan upp till slottet) Huset var gammalt och charmigt och lägenheten helt nyrenoverad och fräsch med allt man kunde tänka sig oc lite till. Polona är en mycket omtänksam och noggrann värd så det fanns instruktioner till hur man använder allt 🤗 När vi återkommer till Ljubliana - vilket vi absolut vill - så hoppas detta boende är tillgängligt! Simon was a great host. He arranged for us to eat a delicious meal of local cuisine, with family-made sausages and garden vegetables. We learned about the history of the area, and grew to appreciate his whole family. We felt so much at home! We highly recommend staying at Miranda's Bar, where hospitality has been at the highest standard for five generations. The beds were comfortable, and rooms were spacious. The village of Pivka is quiet and picturesque, and near to the cave and castle attractions. We want to come back!
