le logement est vraiment agréable et typique avec un solarium et au coeur d'une ville pittoresque a deux pas de la nature et des moulins! je recommande vivement!

Super schöne und perfekt gelegene Wohnung. Der nächste AH Supermarkt ist keine 5 min. Entfernt. Man kann den Bahnhof (Zug nach Amsterdam) zu Fuß in 15 min erreichen. Parkplätze sind direkt vor der Tür. Die Wohnung ist klasse und vor allem gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles in allem können wir die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Such a beautiful home, we felt so comfortable. It has everything you need and the kids loved the animals and the trampoline. Gorgeous neighborhood, grocery store down the road. Hot water tap and the ice cubes were really nice to have as well. They really went out of their way to accommodate us and suit our special needs, we really appreciate it!!!

This place was absolute perfect for our long stay in the Netherlands. Closet space was emptied for our convenience and all amenities were perfect for a comfortable stay. We loved the lush garden and my kid especially loved the trampoline in de garden. As bonus we took care of their cat Karel and we fell in love 😻. This place is well suited for a stay with kids with games available and gorgeous kids bedrooms. The indoor plant garden might have been my personal favourite feature. Nearby we were advised to visit Zaanse Schans (go for an early morning run/bike ride and you’ll have the place to yourself) and go exploring in the dunes and the Twiske nature park, all in close proximity of the house. Thank you to the hosts, this was a very memorable stay!

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The house offers more than you could possibly need—it’s incredibly well-equipped and thoughtfully arranged throughout. Every amenity works flawlessly, and the place is spotless, with great attention to detail. The neighborhood is peaceful yet well connected to the city center, offering the best of both sides. Susan and her family are truly wonderful—warm, friendly, and always ready to help or share a helpful tip. Communication was effortless from start to finish. The cats are very independent—you’ll hardly notice they’re there. I wholeheartedly recommend staying with Susan and give this experience a well-deserved 5 stars.

Boho, eclectic and full of personality . We really liked this house. Still a bit rough round the edges but the overall feel is great. Working fire, wood to burn, garden access, a well stocked kitchen with a few essentials like some spices and oil. Great cooker. A steep set of stairs to the bedrooms and apart from a lack of upstairs loo everything was fab. Beds comfy, clean bedlinen and spaces. Again full of character and sympathetic to the old building.

Brilliant place! Location was great - close to the train station and Amsterdam. Also, close to a good supermarket. Place is as described and shown in photos. Lovely and spacious; a good place for a group (there were 6 of us) with plenty of toilets and showers. Upstairs deck is lovely too! Easy to get in and hosts are responsive to messages. Would recommend to people wanting to visit Amsterdam (or surrounding areas) as location and place are great!

The first thing I have to say is Sophie and Pieter are clearly lovely people. We were late because of traffic but Sophie waited for us and gave a warm and very helpful welcome. Secondly, the apartment is a real home from home. The kitchen has all the equipment you need if you want to dine at home. Throughout the apartment everything was clean and functional as well as being well designed and attractive. Thirdly, the location is excellent. The tram runs regularly on the Overtoom and gets you right into the centre in 20 easy minutes. On the other side is the Vondelpark, which is a slice of real Amsterdam that many people would miss, which is a shame as it’s fantastic. The bar run by the brewery was a real find for us. Around you are a number of excellent places to eat and drink on both sides of the park and into the centre. Finally I am going to return to Sophie and Pieter - honestly you could not get better hosts. Thank you very much - we intend to return.

Fabulous place in the heart of Amsterdam! Easy to walk to most places, and the tram was close if you want to venture out further. Our family enjoyed people watching from the big open Dutch windows. Very beautiful location. Hosts were friendly, and quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend!

Such a lovely stay! This place was exactly what we needed — peaceful, cozy, and away from all the city noise. The cottage is super cute, clean, and has everything you need. Loved waking up to the sounds of farm animals, and it’s close to some handy local grocers too. The host, Marit was amazing — super responsive and really made us feel welcome. Highly recommend if you’re looking to unplug, recharge, and enjoy a bit of countryside bliss. We’d definitely come back!

We had an amazing stay at Sharine and Keon’s place! The house was spotless, cozy, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed. It’s located in a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood, with easy access to everything Amsterdam has to offer. Sharine and Keon were fantastic hosts—very responsive, thoughtful, and welcoming. Their home had a warm, personal touch that made us feel comfortable and at home right away. It was the perfect space for our family, and our little one especially enjoyed it. Sehr schöne Wohnung in Appartementanlage, Obergeschoss (Achtung-steile Treppen!), abgeschieden, inmitten der Dünen gelegen und demnach sehr ruhig. Gute Ausstattung, sehr sauber. Zwei Balkone, die eine traumhafte Aussicht auf den Strand und das Naturschutzgebiet ermöglichen. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin; die Kommunikation war super angenehm und unkompliziert. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Logement spacieux avec grand jardin, tres bien situé, idéal pour 2 familles avec enfants. Accès à Amsterdam facile par train. Daphne a toujours été très réactive pour nos demandes.

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit allen Vorzügen für einen herrlichen Urlaub. Es hat ein tolles Ambiente mit großem Platzangebot. Die Garderobe ist groß und hell. Der Wohn-und Essbereich ist sehr schön gestaltet, die Küche hat alle Eigenschaften (Geschirrspüler auf Stehhöhe, tolle Kaffeemaschine, super Herd, Quooker, Geschirr und Gläser - sehr schön). Das Gäste- WC im Erdgeschoss hat ein tolles Design. Die oberen beiden Etagen haben eine sehr stilvolle Ausstattung von hoher Qualität mit schöner Beleuchtung. Das Bad ist voll ausgestattet, ebenfalls sehr hochwertig. Der Garten ist auch sehr schön gestaltet mit mehreren Sitzplätzen mit sehr angenehmer Atmosphäre, auch überdacht. Es war alles perfekt sauber und wunderschön, wie auf den Bildern. Die Lage ist ideal für kurze Wege nach Alkmaar, Amsterdam und ans Meer. Der See in Akersloot ist um die Ecke. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Daphne und Mark sind tolle Gastgeber. Vielen Dank!

Ein absolutes Schmuckstück direkt am Kanal – ein Traum für Design-Liebhaber! Dieses Haus ist einfach ein kleines Paradies mitten in Haarlem! Die Lage direkt am Kanal ist nicht nur malerisch, sondern auch herrlich ruhig – perfekt zum Entspannen. Der kleine Garten ist eine grüne Oase, liebevoll gestaltet und ideal für einen Morgenkaffee oder ein Glas Wein am Abend. Die Inneneinrichtung ist außergewöhnlich – modern, exklusiv und mit ganz viel Gespür für Stil und Atmosphäre. Jedes Detail ist durchdacht, jedes Möbelstück scheint mit Bedacht ausgewählt. Man spürt sofort: Hier hat jemand mit Herz und einem feinen Sinn für Design eingerichtet. Die Betten sind herrlich bequem!

Marjolein was a perfect hostess. Her home was spacious and clean and very comfortably slept my group of 8 for 9 days. She welcomed us to her home with a pot of home-made soup and was kind and hospitable. She went as far as helping us book a cab last minute and had wonderful recommendations for all kinds of things. The home is conveniently located by the train making trips to Amsterdam easy and affordable. My group and I would highly recommend her home to anyone looking to stay in the Netherlands.

Splendid place for a weekend with friends. Big enough for 12 people, with a gorgeous garden and a nordic bath. We really enjoyed our stay! Only point which could be improved: the kitchen is a bit small if you want to cook.

Wonderful house if everything you can dream of for family vacation with kids. Lots of space. The garden and pool are a fantastic!
