Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Yvré-l'Évêque

We had a great weekend with friends with our toddlers. The house is new, spacious, very clean and perfectly equipped. The setting is peaceful and ideal for recharging. Perfect house to accommodate a group of about ten to a dozen people. Unlike many other Airbnb of this type, the amenities are suitable for hosting such a group. The peaceful setting makes the stay a privileged moment of disconnection.

This is the second time we've stayed at Claire's and we had a very nice weekend again. You will feel very good in this beautiful house, with hosts who will be welcoming and flexible. Don't hesitate if you pass by, you won't regret it!

I recommend this rental, the house and garden are great! We enjoyed the barbecue and hot tub. We were 7 adults and 1 baby and had a great time! Clementine was very welcoming and communication was easy!

Reynald is a charming host, whose house was ideal for our extended family of 3 generations. The house was well equipped with everything that we needed, and there were lots of different areas for us to use and not to be on top of one another. The garden and pool area were lovely. It was unfortunate that the weather wasn’t very good for the first week of our 2 week stay, with a lot of wind and rain, so we were not able to use the outdoor facilities as much as we would have liked. Reynald was very good at checking that everything was ok, and suggesting places that we could visit. We were a little disappointed that most of the shops and places to eat in Roézé-sur-Sarthe were closed, so we had to use the car every time we needed something, rather than being able to walk, for example, to get the bread and croissants for breakfast.

It is an amazing place. I am really impressed by how well-designed and clean it is. Highly recommended for a relaxing vacation away from the crowds. The place is full of technology and amenities, such as a kitchen, laundry area, sitting area, and BBQ.

We had a great weekend in the cottage. We met with friends (with toddlers) and the place enjoyed both young and old alike! We arrived in a nice place, very welcoming, spacious, nicely decorated, very well equipped. We knew we rented a beautiful home, but it exceeded our expectations! We had a wonderful stay at the house, which has everything… from the pool, big kitchen, loads of board games, table tennis and chicken :) The communication was very friendly from the start and we couldn’t have asked for more!
