Welcome, Equally distant from Le Mans (25 min) and the Alpes Mancelles/Alençon (25 min). From the Petite Reine (bike loop) 1h30 from the landing beaches and 2h15 from Mont St Michel. Whether for the MotoGP or the 24 Hours of Le Mans, you will find space to park. A spacious entrance, a kitchenette with bar, TV, fridge, hob and microwave. Pizzas + Restaurants nearby Bedroom with 160 bed, Bathroom, wc Tea/coffee, and breakfast included.

The Cottage Belmontais is located in the historic center of the village of Beaumont sur Sarthe with easy access to all services and free parking nearby. The accommodation is fully equipped as well as a terrace with a view and accessible to the river and a wooded garden. We offer breakfast on request 5€/pers. All inclusive and in a real dairy farm, independent accommodation, with kitchen, small bathroom/WC and independent entrance, for your business trips, a family event or on the Bugatti/24H circuit, or just to stop over during a long journey. You are very welcome! Well located, close to the A28 highway exit, between Le Mans and the Alpes Mancelles Park. Linens, cleaning included and farm visit if you wish. Breakfast included.

In the early morning, you can enjoy your breakfast (included) on the terrace and in the "coffee corner".

Gypsy caravan and Nordic bath

Restored gypsy caravan on our property. The trailer is equipped with a bed area and a kitchen area with sink and fridge as well as electricity. The trailer is not equipped with a bathroom but you will have a Nordic bath to relax in peace. Also: dry toilet, barbecue, bikes and a small outdoor terrace. Breakfast is included in the nightly rate but you can also have a packed lunch on order before your arrival

It has everything you need to live comfortably and a small private courtyard.
