Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Ypsilanti

This was a great place to stay with our doggos for three nights! Check in was easy and all amenities listed were easily accessible. They even had some extras that we don't see in most Airbnb 's!

Cheryl’s place is exceptionally well-maintained and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The kitchen was well-stocked with essential items, making it easy to prepare meals. A pleasant surprise was the exercise bike in one of the rooms—a nice bonus for staying active. The couch was comfortable, and the bed was exceptionally cozy, ensuring a restful sleep after several days on the road.

This place is beautiful and has everything you need! We were struck by how well thought out this place was. Although we didn't have any time to cook, I was impressed by all the dishes and appliances that were available for cooking if one chose to do so. It is in a great location, an easy walk to Main Street, Kerrytown and also campus. We walked everywhere although we had a rental car. Also, Kathy left treats in the place, which was really sweet. And I loved hearing the train go by, which wasn't very often. I really appreciated the towel warmer/drier in the bathroom. I have never seen this in a U.S. home. The last place I saw and used this was in Sweden.

This is my favorite spot to visit and no stay ever feels long enough! The apartment is cozy, beautifully decorated and well stocked with anything needed. The location is ideal! If you’re looking for a walkable neighborhood, surrounded by stunning views of nature and some of the friendliest people on earth, this is the place to stay! I’ll be back as often as possible.

Everything about Tricia's place makes it a great place to stay, and it is our first choice for our regular trips to Dundee. The hosts are available and helpful if needed for communication. The apartment is so clean, and it has a very comfortable bed and living space. The area is nice for walks, too. Amazing!

Always a great stay at one of Christine's places. Solid location, great communication, cozy spaces, fast wifi, driveway parking, and a hot shower. A great and super functional spot to call your home-base when you're in Ann Arbor. Highly recommended.

Keri's place was very lovely! It was the perfect place for us to retreat to after our long days. The place was super clean — the bathroom was spotless, the kitchen was really clean (including the inside of the fridge!), and the bed linens and mattress were fresh and comfy. Everything we needed for our stay was available. We were grateful for the clear directions and expectations along with the recreational and dining suggestions. We also really appreciated how responsive and thoughtful Keri was — she went out of her way to accommodate our special situation and made sure we had everything we needed. The little welcoming touches were noticed and appreciated. We hope to stay there again! Thanks, Keri!

Chelsea was an excellent host - responsive, proactive and helpful when I had a little snaffoo entering the unit. The place is exactly as described and was super clean, well designed, and nicely decorated. Chelsea went above and beyond by helping me get connected with a great realtor. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

This little house is an absolute gem! It is located in a leafy, quiet neighborhood close to lots of things Ann Arbor has to offer. Inside, it was spotless and very comfortable, with every amenity we needed. We honestly wanted to stay longer because we instantly fell in love with this home! The beds are comfortable, clean, fresh linens. Great back yard to enjoy for birdsong and local wildlife (deer, raccoon). It is also close to great nature trails and parks. I highly recommend Yolanda's place to stay when visiting Ann Arbor.

Amazing children friendly home. Traveling with kids is always hectic, but this home made it feel 100 times easier.

I booked this house because my son was getting married in Ann Arbor. The house worked perfectly for all the set-up we needed to do - baking, flower arranging and welcome bags and then it was a great place for the groom and his groomsmen to get ready and have pictures taken. The house was exactly as described - it is even more spacious than the pictures reflect and the outside space in the backyard is delightful - truly zen! Wan-Hsiang was the perfect host and was extremely flexible when it came to my checking in a little early and checking out a little late. I have nothing but good things to say!

Lisa and Phil have an amazing place and go above and beyond as hosts! They had fresh pastries, fruit, and flowers waiting for us. The kitchen is well stocked with pantry essentials and cooking gear. The property is immedicable and exemplifies Phil's wood-working craftsmanship. We took full advantage of the hot tub and also a tour of Phil's downstairs wood shop. While initially concerned about the train, we found it an exciting perk and our sleep was never disturbed even without ear plugs. We were lucky enough to be able to stay for 2 weeks and will definitely be recommending the "lodge" to friends and family!

The perfect romantic getaway! My partner and I rented it as a mini-honeymoon after our wedding, and it was the perfect spot to unwind and refresh. The place struck a wonderful balance between feeling like home and an escape. With so many vintage games, art, and things to explore inside the house, we never left during our 2-day stay!

Marian's place was at a great location. The places that I had to go were pretty much all within 10~15 minutes. There was a very famous coffee place nearby, 3 minutes by walk. The place was very neat and clean, comfortable, and quiet. I visited with my 85 year old mom, and I specifically was looking for a place with any stairs. This place was perfect with no stairs and it was nice to use the space on our own. The bed and the couch were very comfortable, and there were pretty much everything we needed. We stayed for 10 days, and it was very comfortable and convenient. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Ann Arbor again in the future.

a little high priced and the game room could have been a little better but everything else was good

We really enjoyed staying here. The house is comfortable with an updated kitchen and a nice living area. In addition, the neighborhood is peaceful and there is a great coffee shop within walking distance. The house is close to the UM Central Campus and we were able to go back and forth with ease. Finally, Adriana was friendly, helpful and quickly answered any questions that we had.

This is a beautiful home with all the necessities. Home was very clean and comfortable in a quiet community. Enjoyed our stay.

Jeff's place was perfect for a week long stay, I felt very much at home. Location is convenient to downtown. Very clean, the bed and couch were super comfy, had a kitchen stocked enough to cook daily, and included lots of extra towels, blankets and laundry and bathroom supplies. Host was very responsive and I'd book again anytime.

Alejandro was very responsive and sent helpful reminders. I felt safe and comfortable during my stay.

Nice apartment in a nice area. Everything in Royal Oak is about a 10/15 min walk. Drive to downtown Detroit is around 15 minutes

Property was exactly like the photos. Cindy had amazing communication and was very helpful. So many coffee shops and restaurants nearby we didn’t need to use our car once. We will only stay here from now on in Ann Arbor!

5⭐️I was a first timer to the app and honestly i was really lucky to have kimberly as my host. She was very responsive and clear with instructions. Me and my cousins loved the condo and we were very close to so many things. highly recommend it! If you are a looking of a perfectly nice condo to stay over, don’t look any further! Thank you again.

Our stay in the Navy Yard Condo B was great in every respect. The beds and bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen was easy to navigate and very well equipped, and the sitting room had nice comfortable furniture. From there and the balcony we enjoyed a great view of the lovely street and river. We parked right beside the Salty Dog restaurant both nights. We walked to No Frills, to the beer store and to dinner one night. The location was perfect. The condo was halfway between our visits to Windsor and to the wineries! Jason was a responsive and attentive host. We'll be back for sure!
