My sister and I had such an amazing stay at Andrea’s place! We needed a nice place to stay away from the busy city while we attended a concert at Citi Field. Andrea was very accommodating with allowing us entry after our long drive. Check in was easy with the code provided, and there is an extra lock for nighttime for extra security if wanted/needed. The suite was exactly as described. Once we arrived back at the suite we were able to settle into our accommodations with everything we needed from snacks and water, to portable fans and heaters, as well as an air purifier. The suite was in pristine condition and had everything we needed for the night. Andrea was very responsive to all of our needs, and we would gladly stay here again if in the area! Thank you, Andrea!

Good spot for a long weekend! Nice location with plenty to do in the immediate vicinity and the F/G around the corner. Travis was responsive and flexible with arrival/departure times, which we appreciated.

Nicole is a phenomenal host and was so easy to chat with! We had a wonderful time and we would 100% book again in the future. She’s a dedicated host and we had a very flexible check in & check out. Nicole was readily available to answer any questions we had. The view is lovely and we adored the decor and layout of her Airbnb! What stood out the most to me is her binder that includes all you need to know about the area, food / date recommendations, schedules, etc. I thought that was very helpful and endearing. She goes above and beyond, you can tell she is passionate about her guests having a great time. Asiye was a wonderful host and was very helpful with any questions. She was very friendly upon arrival and made it feel right at home. The stay was very clean, nice and comfortable. I would absolutely recommend this location to others!

Me and my wife stayed at Gina’s place for a weekend to visit NYC and see a couple shows! It’s a nice space, and very close to both Newark airport and NYC. We went to Radio city music hall one night for a show and it was only a 40 min drive away. We also saw another show the next night at MetLife stadium, which was only 20 min drive away. Very close to a lot of places around NYC area. The space was very clean and perfect for the two of us, there is a bed big enough for two people to sleep in but they also had a pull out couch that was also very comfortable. Place was very clean and Instructions to check in / out were very simple! Gina is a good communicator and met us when we got there to give us keys and show us how to get in / out of the apartment. Highly recommend for an affordable stay close to NYC !

This place is fantastic. We needed a place while we renovate our home. The staff is fantastic, the apartments really nice and spacious. Amenities are great too. Commute is super easy to Manhattan …walk to express bus and less than 30 min. Highly recommend.

Another peaceful stay at this property. This Airbnb has everything. Definitely a home away from home. Did I mention there’s a pool to cool off in the summer! Nature and everything you will need. Just walk with yourself and clothing. Erica

I got married this past Sunday at Mamaroneck Beach and Yacht club this past Sunday and we booked both of his units. I have a big family and we also booked another place 6 minutes away to accommodate everyone. He was so helpful and worked with me on answering all my questions and making the bookings very easy. When I say we were so impressed with his space, that’s an understatement. They even had a basket of goodies with a card and wine. I got videos and was supposed to come back to take photos but was so busy with my wedding preparations that I didn’t get to return back to do it. It’s definitely home away from home for my family while they were there! You can tell they take pride in sharing their home and their spaces with their guests! Would definitely highly recommend his beautiful place! Thank again John!!! We appreciate you and your wife for sharing your space with us!!

A truly Great stay in Greenwich with David, we really enjoyed our stay in the house, such an awesome place and quiet location (next to a beautiful river!) too, which we loved. What can you say that hasn't been already said by previous reviewers. John's house in Freeport is a gem. Perfect getway for weekend for our family. We were greeted by a nice bottle of wine and a generous basket of snacks (always a nice touch). The house was spacious and super clean. The beds were extremely comfy and the kitchen was well equipped for anything you may need. So many fun things we really didn't get to take advantage of (Tiki Room, fire pit etc..). But the crowning jewel is the location on the water. If you just want a place to sit and relax as the sun rises or sets (yes you get to see both from the back deck) this is your place. John was a gracious and responsive host. We hope to be back next year.

Our stay at Haithum’s home was great! We had 3 couples and small dog in for a wedding near by. His place was extremely clean and nicely renovated. It was very comfortable and great amaenties through out. Plenty of towels and blankets which is not usually the case at most ABnB’s. Haithum was very responsive to the 2 requests we had and took care of them right away. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was very clean and practically brand new. The apartment is nicely appointed, very comfortable and lacks for nothing. The location is great with very easy access to the city via public transportation: light rail metro to PATH to MTA takes ~30 minutes to World Trade Center. The view of the city is fantastic day and night. There is a tasty breakfast and lunch place with nice portions right outside the first floor entrance making your daily departure too convenient. Enjoy a 20-minute walk to Liberty State Park to see Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty. Largest planetarium in the western hemisphere right across the street. One could spend hours merely watching all the activity in the Upper Bay from your perch high up in New Jersey. This apartment is a great way to unlock NYC without the downsides of being right in the city, and the views of the city from the apartment are unrivaled for the price. The property owner is super responsive and very helpful.

Beautiful apartment for 2. Spent Valentine’s Day here and it was perfect. Soundbar for music, LED to set the mood, bathroom was clean, washer/dryer included, kitchen was very neat and provided more than enough utensils to cook. Heat/AC is very good as well. Only iffy part for me was the parking. Luckily I was able to get spots right in front the building every time I went out and came back. He does offer paid parking though for anyone who is willing to pay a little extra. Host was great and responsive as well. 10/10 in my opinion. Would definitely book again!!!

So there are apparently not enough characters allowed in the review to fully express our pleasure staying at this wonderful place. We have stayed in multiple Airbnbs with our business the past five years and this particular one is in the top three. Upon approach, take in the charming brownstones and tree lined streets. Once you open the door, you are greeted with natural light filled space with a chefs kitchen. The decor is modern, yet not stark. The added elements, such as the exposed brick and wood, emanate a warmth and coziness. The outdoor back space is just right, but sitting on the front steps is the best because you meet all kinds of charming characters around the neighborhood. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with dream bathrooms, right down to the showerheads. beds were SO comfortable and perfect for melting into a deep sleep after a day in Manhattan. Favs:bathrooms, kitchen island, neighborhood shops and cafes, argh there’s not enough room left just book it already!!

Enjoyed our stay on 4th Street. The apartment is clean and comfortable—a great spot for exploring local eateries and accessing the bus to NYC. And Mei is a responsive host.

A perfect stay in New York! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 The accommodation was impeccably clean, extremely comfortable and ideally located in the south of Ludlow Street, right in the middle of a young, dynamic and creative neighborhood. The roof terrace was a real asset, offering a perfect space to relax after a day of exploring the city. The bedding was of high quality, which allowed us to rest well. Special mention to May, who was very responsive, welcoming and attentive. We will definitely come back during our next trip to NYC. Again, thank you for this great experience!

We had a wonderful stay at Fabian's apartment. The accommodation was spotless and above all ideally located for us. Having the view of the skyline in the morning when getting up, or in the evening when going to bed was extraordinary. In addition, the bus stop (served by 3 lines) is less than 50 m from the apartment and to reach the center of Manhattan it takes just 20 to 30 min depending on traffic to reach Port Authority Bus Terminal (PABT) and Time Square is then only 6 min walk! In short, for us the location was great and the apartment beautiful.

Place is very close to two subway stations, a lot of places to eat nearby in vibrant neighborhood. It is well soundproof, so the noise from the trains is at low level. The balconies are nice addition. Communication was easy and on time. We asked for early check in and we were able to get in 2 hours earlier. The property is clean and have well equipped kitchen. Recommended.

We were 3 girls and felt very comfortable at the place and also slept very well. The proximity to the subway was a big advantage. Only the combination lock on the entrance door has annoyed us several times, because it simply did not work - neither when opening nor when locking, the door then opened and closed via the app, you should know that from the beginning, that works perfectly!

This was a great place to stay with a family. Everything we needed at the Airbnb, close to restaurants and convenience stores. Best part was how close it is to the subway. You can be in manhattan in no time.

We really enjoyed our days at Andrea’s place, the house is in a perfect location, bus, train , restaurants our around the corner within walking distance. The Greek Restaurant Agnanti is beautiful inside and their food is amazing. The house has everything you need and having washer and dryer was a big plus after our three weeks in Europe the floors are a little creaky but everything else is clean and perfect for a visit in NYC. Thank you for sharing your apartment with us definitely we will come back to your place.
