Monthly Rentals in York River

Great stay in a nice, gated community! The space was comfortable and clean. The only thing was the coffee maker was a little touch and go. Not a big deal. We will be back when we’re back in the area!

We stayed at the cabin for 10 straight months (a whole school year)! The price was great compared to other local housing options, and it was a nice walk (25 minutes walking, 6 minutes driving) to campus. The only time you would even really need a car is for groceries, but even then it’s only a 4 minute drive to food lion. The house itself is lovely and very homey. We would recommend staying here, but especially to W&M students looking for flexible and more affordable housing, since the lease can be as long as a whole semester/year, and you don’t have to keep it over the summer when you’re back home. Scott was very easy to reach with questions, and very on top of anything we needed. The street is quiet, but a very short walk to colonial Williamsburg. It was absolutely the perfect place to spend our year!

This was our 3rd time staying at the Bee house and every time its been great. Elizabeth is a very good host, great communication, very flexible with check-in and friendly.

Cute cottage. Good location. Close to everything but also quiet and secluded. We were only there for a night but it worked out perfect for our girls weekend
