However, the pick-up service from the school in the late afternoon is limited to one timing and is not guaranteed (it may be canceled if the demand is low). The host is very friendly and highly responsive, ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay. General cleaning is arranged bi-weekly by a maid, but this does not include changing or washing the bedsheets. One issue I encountered was a temporary electricity outage for a few hours due to insufficient electricity bill balance, as explained by the host. Overall, this is a convenient and well-located condo with great host support, though there are a few areas for improvement.

Good place with complete management.The kitchen smoke is too big to trigger the smoke alarm and the management will come up to care about the situation in person.Safe area. The internet is fast, it is very convenient to take out the garbage, and the balcony where you can see the sunrise.

Fantastic location and super close to a mall with everything one could need. The host is also extremely responsive and answered questions quickly and efficiently.

Clean home and quiet neighborhood. Near Mahidol University and was a great place for my family to stay while they visited me. Good communication from the host and would recommend this place.
