Located along the Tornionjoki River, the cottage is the choice of fishermen and holidaymakers who love the river landscape. Marjosaari is a great place to watch and photograph the Northern Lights. There are several attractions nearby and the opportunity to engage in a variety of activities. You can also easily visit Sweden, which can be reached via the Aavasaksa bridge.

Relax along the beautiful Kemijoki River in a charming log cabin from 1811. Renovated with modern amenities in 2021. In the yard, there is a new sauna/toilet and a barbecue hut and a sauna terrace. After the sauna, jump from the sandy beach into the fresh water of the Kemijoki River. On the beach, there is another sauna and a hot tub, which can be rented separately in the summer, as well as a gazebo, a barbecue area and a rowboat. Welcome to our cozy lakeside cottage with private sauna on the Arctic Circle, a warm retreat where Nordic simplicity meets soulful comfort. Set on 2.7 ha of private land with direct access to Lake Miekojärvi, it’s the perfect place to slow down, reconnect, and feel again. We are Joakim from Sweden and Jenny from Germany. We fell in love with the stillness and beauty of Arctic Finland, and we’re excited to share our cottage, and a little piece of that magic, with guests from around the world.

Lapland cabin by a lake

This small, traditional, Lappish, log cabin is located right at lake Norvajärvi shore, only some steps to the water or ice. Enjoy the lake view and forest around you, immerse to the nature and its sounds and smells and marvel the northern lights and cosy up by the open fire. Cabin has electricity but no running water. We bring drinking water in containers and washing water to sauna is taken from the sweet water lake. We are 20km from Rovaniemi city, apprx 30min drive with no street lights.

Saunamökin kuistilta näkymä metsään päin. Vesijohtoa ei ole, vesiastiat ovat täytettynä tullessasi. Tilava sauna. Grillikota käytössäsi (noin 50 metriä mökistä). Kuivakäymälä, johon kulku katoksen kautta. Jääkaappi, vedenkeitin, kahvinkeitin ja mikro. Ei keittolevyä. Liinavaatteet/pyyhkeet sisältyy hintaan.

A cosy cottage in a beautiful area only a 30min drive from the city centre. You can set up a bonfire by the stream, listen to the magic sounds of the nature and watch the sky. This is one of the best places in town to see the Aurora Borealis.Now they are at their best and you can see them just looking out of the window inside the cottage!The cottage is right next to the river Ounasjoki.The cottage is only a short distance from the city center but you will be just like different world.

Oli kevät, kesä, syksy tai talvi, koe Lapin taikaa ilman kaupungin kiirettä. Kesällä täydellinen valinta kokea yötön yö ja keskiyön aurinko. Keskellä ei mitään, mutta kuitenkin kaiken keskellä!

A cozy, compact and ecological tiny home is located on the shore of a lake in an authentic and ordinary small village of Lapland. The tiny home also has everything you need for a wood-burning sauna, we'll help you with sauna heating, wifi. The big windows offer a beautiful view of the lake and the northern sky. This mobile mini-home is also great for a longer stay, so just the accommodation is an experience. Hot tub for an extra fee. Hot tub is not available in winter.

Peaceful grandma's cottage in the countryside in the Torne Valley near the Swedish border. Easily accesible from E8 road. A short distance of less than 3 km to the municipal centre of Ylitornio, 6km to Swedish side Övertorneå for shopping. Around you will see beautiful valley landscapes on both the Finnish and Swedish sides. The Torne River is less than a kilometre away. On winter time you can enjoy snow right at your front door. We offer sledges free of charge.

Glamping in Aurora Igloo

Experience our unique Aurora igloo. Clamping near the city centre but still next to the forest. See and feel the frost around you but enjoy the warmness of the real fire and down blanket. Enjoy Lapland! We have only one igloo in our garden and it is one of a kind! You may also use the garden around for winter fun activities. We have sledges and shuffles for your use. There is no jacuzzi/hot tub or sauna available in this accommodation I am afraid.
