Monthly Rentals in Yermal

This was the first time i decided to AirBnB my stay in Udupi (usually stay at 4 star hotels or temple rooms). Since this was a family of 4 adults and 1 kid,there were different expectations to be met (kid wanted beach access,aged parents wanted peaceful surroundings,I wanted easy Tempe access and to everything). I saw Pravin's listing and instinctively felt it would be right since the Villa photos and description looked natural. From the moment i booked until I checked out,Pravin was pro-active,highly responsive to my silly queries and one step ahead in ensuring that my needs were met. At this price ,i do not think I could have got all the 4star hotel facilities in Udupi or nearby areas that Pradnya Villa offers. I was able to have an enjoyable,memorable trip simply because the most important aspect of travel -accomodation was taken care of by Pravin's Villa . i am definitely going to be booking Pradnya Villa on every Udupi visit because of the warmth of Pravin's Udupi culture offered

This place was a hidden gem. Location was absolutely perfect. It was across the beach which was clean unexplored and just a wide stretch of white sand ! The house was also sufficient, perfect for a large group. The pool was a good size, and added to the house. Ashok got us our supplies and made great homemade food. Also the restaurant Kaai at Nilaya stays had some great food. Only regret is we got to know about surfing lessons the night before we left ! So if you stay here please check at the reception at Nilaya stays and they will hook you up. We were on a week long road trip from Bangalore with 5 adults and 4 kids and everyone loved this place and location the best !

Stayed for 2 days. Good place to relax and enjoy with family. Property is hardly 100 metres to see and have sea view from bed room, living room and kitchen as well. Staffs are friendly and supportive. One thing to improve is the lift which makes sound while closing and opening. Recommended for someone who wants to relax away from city hustle.

Stunning location, excellent place and super helpful host! We travelled with our kid and it was one of the best beach time we have had! This place is perfect for beach lovers and generally anyone who loves to enjoy being in the lap of nature (empty coastline with breath taking view) just stone throw away from the property! Simply beautiful!
