Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Yeongtong-gu

I am a foreigner who does not speak Korean language. So I was very appreciative that Zoe was friendly and responded fast via AirBnB messaging. The area around the building has an emart supermarket and restaurants. The building itself had a CU and some eateries too. So it was very convenient and comfortable for a 10 day stay for my business trip. thank you Zoe !

벌써 여기만 연박까지하면 7번째 머무는 곳입니다. 침구류가 진짜 편안하고 깨끗해서 꿀잠자고 암막커튼까지 완벽하여 잘때 방해가 아예 없는 곳입니다. 의자도 일회용도구들도 넉넉하고 물도 센스있게 준비되어져 있고 특히 옷스팀 다리미도 있어 출근할때 편했어요~ 2층에 침구류도 있어 인원추가하시면 여러명 거뜬할거 같아요~ 청결도가 10000% 인곳입니다!

깔끔하고 위치 아주 좋아요

친구들과의 모임이 있어 급하게 숙소를 잡았는데 덕분에 너무 즐거운 시간 보냈습니다. 역 바로 앞이어서 교통도 편하고 주변 인프라도 만족스러웠네요.

We enjoyed the unit very much (as foreigners from Canada) Using some appliances was a learning curve for us but Sue always promptly answered any questions. Great location for any transportation by subway/bus. Everything was close by and very convenient! Especially loved (and recommend) their salt buns! Thank you for a great stay! Love from Canada!

lovely host! always checking up on me and ensuring my stay was well and good. the place is so clean and cosy too! the plain water bottles are thoughtful too! i woild recommend everyone to stay here!

구축이라 조금 걱정했지만 우리 집이었으면 할 정도로 너무 깔끔하고 잘 꾸며져 있었어요. 다만 화장실이 좁아서 키가 큰 친구는 조금 불편해했어요. 기분 좋게 잘 쉬었습니다. 감사합니다!

너무 이쁘고 편안했던 숙소입니다. 곳곳에 게스트에 대한 배려가 느껴졌고 지금까지 갔었던 숙소중에 가장 청결하고 깨끗했던 곳이였어요. 다음에 또 오고 싶어요♡

와 에어비앤비 많이 써봤지만 여기 진짜 만족스러운 숙소였어요 깔끔하고 넓고 침대는 어쩜 그리 푹신한지 화장실 물로 따신물 잘 나오고 수압도 좋았어요 정말정말 좋았던건 침구인데 폭닥하고 냄새도 좋고 크... 매트리스 어디껀지 정말 여쭤보고싶었고 집으로 침구랑 매트리스 통채로 훔쳐오고 싶은 정도였어요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 그리고 냉장고도 아주 짱짱하니 잘되더라구요 미지근한 소주를 냉동실에 잠깐 넣어놨는데 슬러쉬가 되어버렸던 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 아주 좋은 숙소였어요 안양 갈 일 있으면 다음에도 무조건 여기로 예약할래요

여러명이서 방문하여 침대가 많아 고른 숙소입니다. 침대뿐만아니라 쇼파까지 누울수있는곳이 넉넉했습니다. 숙소가 도로가에 있어 찾기쉬웠고, 밤에도 안전할 것 같았습니다. 엘리베이터 없는 4층이라 짐많은 여행객에겐 조금 아쉽긴 하였지만 통닭거리도 가깝고 수원화성도 가까워 위치적으로 만족하였으며 숙소에 청결도나 제공해주시는 물품들이 넉넉하여 만족하였습니다. 신경써서 관리해주시고 피드백도 빨랐습니다. 수건 추가요청도 들어주셔서 감사했습니다.

We had an amazing stay at the "tile-roofed house on a hill" in Suwon. The location is unbeatable — just a few stairs away from the Seojangdae Command Post, with a beautiful Buddhist temple next door. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and cozy, with a stunning view over the city center. We especially loved the traditional roof ceiling in the living area. Great Wi-Fi, easy check-in/out, and thoughtful amenities like an air purifier, high-tech water dispenser, and washer/dryer. The hosts were incredibly responsive (10/10!), and their detailed manual covered everything. Down the hill, cozy cafés and shops line the streets. A perfect stay!

숙소 위치가 넘 좋았어요!! 화장실도 지금까지 이용해온 에어비앤비중에 제일 깔끔했어요.. ( 저희집보다 훨씬 깨끗함 ) 숙소도 따듯하고 포근 그 자체였어요! 빔프로젝트도 잘 사용했고 주방용품도 잘 구비되어있어서 숙소 잘 사용하고 갔어요!! 다음에도 동료들이랑 같이 오고싶은 숙소 1등이에요 🩷

친절하시고 인테리어도 예쁘고 너무 행복했어요

The place is really nice, it is small but comfortable. The bus, mart, cafes and convenience store is really easy to access by foot. The SNU shuttle bus is also accessible after about 10 mins walking down the hill. The heater works well during winter and the air conditioning is great during summer. The bathroom is clean and there is a small window which is really nice. I stayed for almost 5 month and had a really great stay! Helena is such a great host too! My room does not have the microwave at first so i asked her and she prepared it for me right away and she also checked up on me most of the time asking me if i needed something during my stay.

I have stayed with this host at many locations it’s always an easy and comfortable stay. Will forever come back to stay with them :)

지허찰과 가깝고 청결하고 좋은 숙소였습니다. 특히 호스트분이 답변이 빠르시고 지내는데 불편이 없도록 많이 도와주셨습니다. 추천합니다.

정말 좋았어요! 반려동물 동반 되는 곳 찾다가 예약했는데 강아지도 무리 없이 잘 지내고 따뜻하고 좋았습니다 :)
