Condo vacation rentals in Yeongtong-gu

This airbnb is about a five minute taxi ride from yongin station. It's in a nice area just outside of the city, and the hosts offer great hospitality and are very kind. It's a great price for being a shared living space. If you are fine with sharing the bathroom and living area with the host, I recommend using this airbnb when you are in Yongin!

He was kind, the interior was pretty, and I was so happy.

I loved this place so much! It's got everything I need and Minsung is too kind to answer all of my questions. It's around a minute walk away from a bus station, a traditional market and a grocery store. Lots of restaurants in the area, too. Thank you!

Read the reviews before my reservation so I was already prepared for the slopy road to walk up to the place (there is also neighbourhood bus with less freuency but could brg you to half way up). Since its on a hill, the air was fresh and you are able to see the hangang very well on a good weather. It was a pleasant stay overall ^^

It’s only 15/20 min walk from lotte world and lotte tower and you can enjoy the view during that walk 🤌🏻

1. Best place to stay if you love shopping in gangnam. It's pretty much close to so many restaurants and shops 2. Gaining access to public transport is super easy as the place is close the bus stops, train stations and taxi drivers are everywhere 3. The host is amazing! Mr Lee was very helpful with my inquiries and gave myself a tour around the local area. 4. The apartment was spacious with plenty of space (much bigger than the usual apartments). 5. Overall I had a blast staying there :) Would highly book it again if I were to visit Gangnam again

Overall I am super satisfied with my stay here. Location is great, apartment is clean. It’s a tiny bit dark, which I haven’t noticed when looking at the photos but other than that everything is great. The host is nice and responsive.

Close to Osan main gate. Everything was great! Beware if you are a light sleeper as the sound from passing cars and street noise was an adjustment. other than that, great stay.

The parking registration was smooth and nice.

The instruction message (communication), location, cleanliness, and supplies were really perfect. However, I would like to have some toilet paper the next time I come. Before the bidet, I wiped it once, but it wasn't there, so I was very embarrassed that I couldn't see toilet paper anywhere in the accommodation.

A family of four, including a baby and a dog, stayed! The host is amazing! He was kind and responded right away, so I was able to book without any difficulty. ~ The condition of the accommodation was really... It was completely clean beyond being neat! The room was cozy~ and the bathroom was clean, so it was so nice! Parking is also possible right in the building without having to wander around, so I've been using the parking lot comfortably without stress. ~ There's a park nearby for walking dogs, and it's located in a place where you can quickly get to convenience stores, Traders, and fish markets within a 5-minute drive. ~ If I have a schedule in Suwon next time, the revisit rate is 1000%!

I stayed for 6 weeks and had a comfortable stay! It seems to be soundproof. I stayed quietly. The air conditioner works well and the hot water works well, and the washing machine and microwave are in the room. The wifi is also good. If you have any questions, it was nice that they responded quickly. I felt at home. I recommend it!

I used it comfortably before heading out! The reply was really fast, and I asked to extend the checkout time every time, and they willingly extended it!! I plan to visit again next time!!

The space is bigger than I expected and exceptionally clean. The bed is comfortable although the blanket was not super warm, the ondol floor heating was enough. The host was very accommodating and allowed us to do a late check out when we asked! The location is also very convenient, although it is on a bit of a hill it’s not anything too terrible. Noryangjin station is a great area pretty center to everything, about 30min in all directions. Just some things to note though, it is in the basement level however so it’s very dark when you wake up. And for some reason when I put the address into Naver Maps, it brought me to the north of the station but that’s wrong. Make sure you are going south and it’s across the street from a 7-11!

This is first time that we had the "real" AirBnB experience, it felt great. It complies with the idea of AirBnB to share your space with others. Louis's place exactly matched, we felt like staying at home of good friends. The apartment had everything what friends also would leave there. A fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. All what we needed to wash our clothes was there too. We didn't miss a thing (except a safe). The location is great, close to the mountains. But it's a bit tricky to reach the main spots of Seoul. Always you have to start your journey with a small bus to reach the subway. Which will always takes a bit more than 1h to bring you downtown Seoul. But there is a huge advantage: Gaerung station is close to the end of that subway line, when going to the city you mostly will find a vacant seat. Small shops are close, if you want to find some restaurants nearby, go to Gaerong station, we found great places to eat in the small streets around the subway station.

Even though I checked in late, they responded quickly to my inquiries and put up the boiler in advance, and it was so kind, sir..♥️ I'll use it again next time I see a show at the Olympic Park!

It was a great place to stay in general. Host was responsive and tried her best to accommodate what we requested. Super near Sindorim subway station, so it made our walks really easy. Good cafes and convenience stores are around. It was one month stay with 11 month old baby, and she provided baby chair, baby bath tub and other baby cutlery for us to use. When we requested for trash bags, cleaning supplies and cooking condiments, Julie provided us all we needed. I really appreciate it. For things to note: - Kitchen supplies are not super fancy, but it does its job. - It's good to note that train sound is quite noticeable, from 6am to 11pm. You get used to it, but it takes a few days to get used to it. Thank you Julie for hosting us!
