Vacation rentals with lake access in Yeongtong-gu

It was really clean and comfortable, so I had a good rest of my body and mind. It was nice to be able to see the host's senses in the interior ~ It's well-equipped with things you need to live.

The beam projector was really a kick!! It was nice that the accommodation was well decorated with such a pretty sensibility: -) I had a pleasant and happy stay🩷

The accommodation fits the description very well and is very well located for accessing the university and visiting the Center. The host is very caring, always responds quickly and gives advice.

I stayed here for 3 months, and it was a comfortable place in a great area. During the hot summer days, there's air conditioning, and for the colder winter days, Elliot provides extra blankets—though in my opinion, it shouldn't get too cold. If you enjoy hiking, prefer a quieter area, and want good restaurants nearby, this is the perfect spot. The subway Line 4 to Seoul and direct buses to Gangnam are also conveniently close. Elliot is very kind and does his best to make you feel comfortable. Gwacheon is in my opinion a nice beautiful and comfortable area !

Photos match the place, close to a subway what you could go everywhere. Cozy studio, with everything you need for passage, not luxuries, functional. Good stay.

I give it five stars! It was near Dongtan Lake Park, so it was good for a walk, and it was quiet, so I was able to rest well. The accommodation was neatly organized, and the necessary items were well prepared, so I stayed comfortably. I was thankful that the host's instructions were kind and responsive!

Wow! of all the places we checked in, we loved it the most! We were surprised. Everywhere is so clean, beautiful and very cozy. There is everything you need! We thought it would be noisy because there is a restaurant nearby, but it is quiet and peaceful. We also really liked the hostess, so friendly and caring. 감사함니다^^ Thank you very much, we will visit you again!

Everything was good, but one thing was a pity. It's a bed frame. When we moved or shuffled around a bit, there was a constant beeping sound. If this happens soon, there is a lot of intention to revisit.

It was a warm and comfortable accommodation. The view was nice. Most importantly, the amenities inside the building were good. I used it conveniently without going around. Parking was also spacious and there were lots of spaces, so it was nice.

It was an accommodation I stayed with a baby, but it was clean, had all the necessary items, and there were no clutter. There was a lot to eat nearby, and it was nice to take a walk.
