Rural house in a farm environment. Surrounded by oak and cow pastures. 350 meters through the meadows, you reach the dock by the water where nice swimming opportunities are available. Fantastically clear and nice water with fishing opportunities. Late summer offers rustic landscapes, berry and mushroom forests. Nice surroundings for cycling. The cycling enthusiast will find Kisa MTB Park (formerly alpine 12-man hill) after a 30-minute drive. Winter time Asby alpine hill with three descents just 10 minutes away by car. Enjoy the silence mixed with a rich wildlife.

Inside the beautiful forest

You will find our cozy farmhouse, which is located between Kisa and Österbymo in Östergötland. If you like peace and quiet and also appreciate being close to forests, nature and lakes, then this accommodation is something for you. Experience the birdsong, hike on the adjacent hiking trail or just go straight out into the forest and pick berries and mushrooms, the choice is yours. The house is high, so you can see the sun from morning till night. About 300 meters from the house, there is a pond, where you can swim, fish or just row with the rowing boat.

Rönnäsgården at Vindens Ängar.

Rönnäsgården was built around the 18th century and is perched high on Asby cape with beautiful views over the lake Sommen and the one from the wise famous "Angels of Wind" as Mats Paulson wrote his song about. Here you get about 350 sqm of living space, large living spaces. (At more than 10 people you can rent to our red wing. Max number is 14 people in both houses.) Down to our small harbor with the very child-friendly swimming area it is about 300 meters. On Fridays, the steamer Boxholm II arrives at the pier/shopping trip to Tranås market.

Accommodation on a rural farm. Beautiful house for four people, possibility of extra bed. Here you live alone as the main building is empty during the summer. Close to fishing, swimming, forest and grazing animals. Secluded location, very private with large meadows around the house. Possibility to rent a boat and fish just 13 minutes walk from the house. On the upper floor, you come up to a smaller hall with two beds before you enter the large bedroom with a double bed. Approximately 90 km to Jönköping and Linköping, 3 km to the nearest swimming area and 7.5 km to Asby country shop and café
