Situated in our 2 acre garden in a residential neighbourhood, opposite the pine forest. You can walk to the village for boulangerie and restaurants. We are 15 min from the Atlantic beaches of Contis. Small house (35m2) in the centre of Ychoux. The house offers a double bedroom, a dining/siiting rooom with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. terrace and private parking space. The house is ideally located in a village with a wide range of shops (grocery, bakery, butcher...), 25 mn away from Biscarrosse and Mimizan, 40 mn from Arcachon or an hour from Bordeaux. There is a train station 5 mn away from the house.

This beautiful villa is located on a quiet street close to the heart of the village. With a surface area of 420 m2, it can accommodate 10 people. Unique and spacious, it has a games room with billiards and foosball.
