Monthly Rentals in Ybor City, Tampa

I enjoyed visiting Tampa and that I could bring my cat, Piper. The tiny house is pretty much a straight shot to a trolly stop & the trolly is frequent free which is great. Plenty of snacks and breakfast items were provided, which I really appreciated. The host even brought me a container of milk.

Parking instructions not clear during check in. Walk to parking in not convenient. If you don’t like loud noise at night this ain’t it but you have to understand where the location is. Overall a great place for a few days stay in Ybor City. Host was responsive to all questions! Great stay thank you!!!

Nima's place was comfortable and nicely remodeled. Nice washer and dryer and the bedrooms were comfortable. The neighborhood is a mix of renovated homes and new builds with original homes. Not really an area for walking, especially at night, but Ybor City is a short. drive, or inexpensive Uber, away. Nima is very responsive and you can tell that she cares deeply about making sure her guest have a good experience.

the apartment is just amazing, it is really close to the stadium, but there's a lot of places around within 5 min drive. the place is really secure, lovely desing, it has everything that i need for a couple days. the bathroom is HUGE and clean. 100 % recommended
