We had a lovely stay at Greenbank. The house was spacious, tidy and clean, and we appreciated the extras provided by the host (towels, toiletries, tea and coffee). The property is just a short walk away from a playground , shop, pharmacy and local places to explore, which we enjoyed investigating. Our 4-year-old loved reading the children's books from around the house and the garden was a lovely spot to play in. We paid to have the hot tub, which we found easy to use and great fun. Thank you to Amy for a lovely stay.

‘Stag Cottage’ New Forest Romantic Hideaway

SarahRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Stayed here for my 50th birthday for a girly weekend away. Beautiful little cottage with beautiful gardens surrounding the property. 5 star hosts. Very friendly and very informative. Obvious how much they love what they do. We had great fun in the games room. And the hot tub was a lovely treat and a well needed relaxation after we walked into Burley village and back. The food hamper was amazing with everything we needed or could want. Local supermarket not far away either. Lovely gift 🎁 from the hosts on arrival a bottle of wine and box of choccies. Yummy. Thank you very much. And finally getting to cuddle a 9 week old Bengal kitten who belonged to our hosts has to be the highlight of our weekend. He was beautiful and we nicknamed him Burley. Wish I could have taken him home. Highly recommend this beautiful little cottage and its amazing hosts. Thank you ladies I had an awesome 50th birthday 🎈 xxx

Colemans Retreat

We had an amazing stay at Ashley’s cottage. The kitchen/living area is absolutely beautiful and suited us as a group of friends when doing breakfast/lunch etc. Our favourite bit of the property has to be the outside area. Having an outdoor shower/toilet, hot tub, kitchen area and bbq just topped off our weekend and we spent most of our time outdoors. A few outdoor games were left in the garden and it gave a good few hours of entertainment for us too! Ashley was super inviting and was very clear with check in instructions etc. The house felt very safe & secure and we all got very good night sleep from comfortable beds. We would love to come back again next year and for years after this!! A really lovely place!

My first time booking an Airbnb and was a wonderful experience, everything was so seamless and stress free. Chrissy was always so attentive to make sure we were okay and to contact her if we needed and also more than happy to leave us to our holiday if preferred. Spotless and clean premises whilst also feeling like a home away from home. Couldn’t fault anything. Would always recommend to people looking for a relaxing getaway. Thank you so much again :)

We really loved our stay at the cottage. It was perfect for us and very central to everything we wanted to do. We would definitely stay again. The pub up the road was nice although a little pricey it was very convenient and just a short stroll up the road. The local shop had everything we needed. We had ponies grazing outside the property which was lovely.

Estuary Cottage

FrankRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We stayed at the cottage during the week leading up to Easter and absolutely loved our time here. The surrounding landscape along the Yar estuary is so peaceful and full of wildlife, it made having a morning coffee beside the water, listening to all manner of birdsong, our favourite moment of the day. The Kings Manor grounds are gorgeous and we very much appreciated being able to play some tennis on the court by the main house. A welcome basket with goodies, friendly communication and a very uncomplicated check in/out, as well and all the wonderful places to visit on the island made this holiday truly a special experience for us. We would return in a heartbeat.

Stunning sea views at a charming character cottage

DebraRating, 5 stars1 month ago
A lovely cottage, with all the amenities and comfy beds in a great location. We really enjoyed our 5 night stay and, in particular, the view of the sea, watching the boats sail by, the rabbits and pheasants on the lawn, the woodland walk/costal walks, quirky shops at the fort, being on Yarmouth's doorstep, lighting a real fire at night and sleeping peacfully after a day exploring the beautiful Isle of Wight. A big thank you to our hosts for arranging discounted ferry tickets and a lovely welcome pack. We may be back for more of the same!

From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home in their lovely annex just as cozy and inviting as the photos suggested. The convenience of private parking was a huge plus, and the location couldn’t have been better. A short stroll brought us to the town centre, the beach, and a selection of fantastic restaurants recommended by Andrew and Lisa. An added bonus was Café 64, just a stone’s throw away a delightful surprise! We really appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout our stay, including tea, coffee, fresh milk, biscuits, and even two small bottles of wine exactly what was needed after a long drive. Andrew and Lisa were always on hand to answer any questions, making sure we had everything we needed while respecting our privacy. we would definitely stay here agin and would recommend to everyone, who would like a cosy break.

Romantic barn with kingsize 4-poster, fire, bikes

We stayed in The Goat shed for 5 nights for a mini-moon and can't fault it. Easy to find and very clean and comfortable. The welcome pack had tonnes of information and reccomendations for food, activities and experiences in the surrounding area. Open forest, beaches, farm shops and quaint villages all within a half hour drive, but if you don't fancy that, there's plenty thats walkable too. Rachael and her family were very welcoming and friendly, offering us vegetables from their garden and answering our many questions. The surrounding area is beautiful and if you're looking for a jumping off point to explore the New Forest, you'd be hard pressed to find a better one. They also have great tastes in biscuits!
