The property is in a great location and is within close proximity to Hartlepool Station, and the town. Has most of the amenities in for a short stay but a few more bits may be needed for a long stay. Awesome place and host, perfect for work

This is a lovely place to go and stay. As a family we are very familiar we Hutton-Le-Hole and surrounding areas but have never stayed there. Keith’s place didn’t disappoint. A cosy house with everything that is required in a beautiful location. A great space for my 5 year old to play and enjoy his holiday alongside 3 adults and a dog. I would highly recommend staying here, so much so we have already rebooked for next year and can’t wait to return!

Very nice place, nice furniture, nice king-size bed. Good TV with Sky. Nice big walk in shower. Good sized Kitchen with a good selection of electrical goods units and utensils. All in all a nicepkace to stay. Barbara and her daughter are very nice and helpful. Good communication I would definitely recommend.

This place is near to the beach and a short walk into town. It has all basic facilities for a few days stay. The bed was comfortable if a bit soft.

The cottage was absolutely lovely, cosy and welcoming, everything you needed, home from home. I wanted to get away from it all and this property certainly provided me with a great location to explore the coast, lovely walks with my dog and was so quiet, it was heaven. If you want to hear real stillness and nature at its best, this is the place for you. The Bed was really comfy with good showering facilities, couldn’t fault it. Simon and Jo very helpful and friendly, introduced themselves to me. I will be back soon. I was just wondering if What three words would help re location as I did struggle with locating the property. Thank you for a great stay

We’ve just had the most relaxing 3 day stay and cannot recommend Fiona’s home highly enough! Beautifully located and furnished with everything we needed. So comfortable in every way. My wife just loved the sheep right outside the window! Lovely touch as well with the home made scones, thank you!

I booked the hut tub suite for my partner birthday The room was amazing & very clean, the bed is huge & very comfortable The hot tub huge & the water was lovely and warm, the garden terrace is beautiful & very private We had a fantastic stay & amazing breakfast to see us on our way

Great stay!! Hot tub was immaculate so was the cottage , sofa and bed extremely comfortable and clean. Would 100 percent return here!! Only thing I think it should be 11am checkout and 2pm like alot of other lodges/cottages. Thanks for the little break

thank you Jen and Brian for such a magical stay! we couldn't have asked for more! everything was magnificent, the extra touches to mark Stephen's birthday was touching and memorable, I was also surprised with a bottle of Prosecco, went to view bridal dresses but never found one I liked and brian and Jen were so sweet and still gave it to me lol thank you both! we recommend this place highly, the pictures don't do it justice, you need to experience it yourself. we loved the cosy corner, playing darts, sitting by the fire, chilling on the beach chairs ( i must have these now for our garden lol) and the hot tub is the best we have ever been in. the garden is just stunning and comes alive at night! the bed was super comfy too, got such good sleep. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to go again! thanks again to our attentive and wonderful hosts!
