We stay at Moises place only one night!! The place is very nice and has this little things that makes you feel very comfortable… well decorated and with a nice garden. It was perfect for us because we were traveling for a long period and we need to rest because the following day we have to go to the airport and the department is pretty near.. 10 minutes by taxi. Moses was always attentive and very kind and he respond immediately to our questions

Tuvimos una experiencia maravillosa en este alojamiento. Desde el primer momento, las anfitrionas fueron increíblemente amables y atentas, siempre disponibles para ayudarnos con cualquier duda o recomendación. El lugar estaba impecable, muy bien equipado y con detalles que hicieron nuestra estancia aún más especial. Se nota el cariño y dedicación con la que gestionan el espacio. ¡Gracias de corazón por su hospitalidad! Sin duda volveríamos.

En general todo estuvo bien, solo la casa de a lado tiene gallos y no me dejaban dormir ;( pero en general, todo muy bien.

I had an amazing stay at Casa Los Abuelos in Bacalar! The view of the lagoon is absolutely stunning waking up to those vibrant shades of blue was pure magic. The property is surrounded by lush greenery, making it feel like a peaceful retreat tucked away in nature. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared, and all the amenities were great everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The only minor inconvenience was the WiFi, which was a bit spotty during our visit, but that was due to the weather and didn’t take away from the experience at all. If you’re looking for a serene escape with breathtaking views and a cozy, welcoming atmosphere, this is the place. Would definitely come back!

Mariana’s place is a perfect accommodation for Bacalar. To be lagoon side and have a gorgeous property to enjoy is an experience my family will remember forever. The house was clean, orderly, and had all that we needed to enjoy cooking at home and enjoy our leisure time. I hope this magical spot stays just as wonderful and beautiful for our next visit. Thank you!

Es más fácil llegar por la carretera federal en el retorno de cenote azul, el departamento es muy cómodo, la alberca está increíble, muy bien para viajar en familia

Departamentos muuuy bonitos, impecablemente decorados, con todo para pasar unos días muy relajados, a unos pasos de la laguna, en una de las zonas más tranquilas y bellas de Bacalar. Paola siempre estuvo atenta y fue muy atenta a todas las peticiones y preguntas que le hicimos. Regresaría sin dudarlo!!!

Really really cute place. Like a mini oasis! Great location, can walk to most things. Everyone is really nice and helpful and I liked the bed and the AC after a long day of exploring Bacalar. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed here almost a week and everything was good. Pet friendly and good communication. The location may not be perfect for some visitors, but nothing is far away in Bacalar, particularly if you have a car or a bike.

Un lugar hermoso, localizado en el Cenote Negro. La vista desde el lugar es impresionante, lo recomiendo ampliamente, además de que la comunicación con Jacqui fué muy buena, gracias por tu hospitalidad

Lovely apartment close to town centre and lagoon. Free parking if you have a car. Lovely pool. The apartment was very clean, well supplied and hosts were very responsive.

Excelente Hotel Boutique, viaje con mi esposa. Lugar muy tranquilo, siempre están al pendiente de ti para cualquier necesidad que tengas. La vista desde nuestro habitación al amanecer es inmejorable (HAB 1). Tiene paddle Boards, kayak. Un area para asolearse y muelle excelente. Un tour también muy bueno. La comida y bebidas en el restauran del Hotel también excelente.

Excelente lugar para desconectarte del exterior, tranquilo y muy lindo.

This place is in an excellent location, walkable to ADO and grocery stores. Fruit market on the corner; Oxxo a few steps away, tortillineria, taqueria, everyone was very friendly. You a few steps away from 3 different parks. I know this neighborhood already, but this was the best stay that we've had in the area. Will definitely return.

Buena experiencia.

I had a wonderful stay with Astrid. Being a single woman travelling alone this is a safe place to stay. The property is gated and I met other women also travelling alone. I felt safe walking in the neighborhood after dark. Lots of good restaurants in the area. Close to great swimming in the lagoon. Very clean and well maintained property.

This was a delightful place! It's better than the pictures, and it feels very safe, and clean. The balcony was excellent for yoga or meals! You can walk anywhere in town from here. Parasol gave us recommendations to the best places to eat. The tacos were top notch! We had a wonderful time in Bacalar!
