Gerardo's place is very nice, clean with everything very close. I highly recommend staying there. It's super private and really worth it.

This apartment was my refuge in the city for almost a week. It's nice, clean and very comfortable. The building's security staff were super friendly at all times and the hosts were incredibly attentive; with just a few hours' notice, they coordinated so that I could arrive and stay without any problems. I'd love to stay here again when I have to go back to the south of the city.

The place was very clean and nice. It was in a very safe area. You have to go through a security guard to get to the place. The host were very responsive and accommodating. The view is breathtaking from the balcony. It is more of a residential area, so not as many places to eat around and such.

Everything is excellent, it is a very comfortable apartment and very close to the UAM

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It had all the necessities we needed for a comfortable and convenient visit. The space is very modern, clean, and located in a safe area. There is a security guard at the entrance who ensures that only residents and their guests are allowed in, which added peace of mind. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay, always available to answer questions or assist when needed. I had read some reviews mentioning noise at night, but that wasn’t our experience at all. We did a lot of sightseeing during the day, so by the time we got back, we were tired and slept soundly without any disturbances. Overall, I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Maria del Pilar is very helpful and always responding. I asked for more comfortable pillows and he gave them to me! This is definitely a VIP service! The apartment is very clean and with everything you'll need. For some people it may be a bit noisy due to its location next to the ring road. There are a couple of places nearby to eat. The security guards are very attentive, friendly and always helpful. Very good guides.

It's the best place, beautiful, spacious, in an incredible place. Both times I've stayed, they've done me the favor of letting me arrive early and that makes a lot of things easier on my trip. Highly recommended, there's no better place

It is a large , comfortable, clean and tidy apartment, it has a kitchen and even a washing machine , the host is always in communication and responds quickly any doubt, apart from the building has an elevator , I really liked the stay.

Everything in the host’s control was great. The building was beautiful & the room was very charming & cozy. I was blessed with a couple of rainy nights so I stayed in & let the windows open & listened to it. I felt like I was in an old movie. I really enjoyed having a bookstore & cafe right downstairs. Very close proximity to the center’s main attractions. I happened to be visiting during a peaceful protest wherein lots of encampments were set up around the city center. It was safe but took away some of the old-world charm for sure. Anyone who had an Airbnb or hotel on this or surrounding streets this week would have had the same experience as me. For everyone’s sake, I hope they find some kind of resolution soon. I would love to come back a different time.

My stay was amazing! The host was so helpful and super quick to respond with any questions or concerns we had. My mom and I loved its location since it was safe and places were walkable. The apartment itself was secure and beautiful!

Carlos' excellent service, attentive to every detail, made me feel at home and as if I was talking to an old friend. Finding this level of SERVICE was more than good. Very Agustí place and good location

Great place with pool,sauna and small gym. Small downside for soundproofing but otherwise great apartment and highly responsive host.

Location, location, location!!! I specifically chose to stay in Coyoacán because I was in town for Frida Kahlo. I wanted to be as close as possible to her Blue House Museum, her park, the huge market, plenty of vegan restaurants and bakeries (since I was also celebrating my birthday) as well as several of the other museums all within 10 minutes walking in any direction. I was very happy with how residential and quiet the neighborhood is. If you go during the rainy season (there was light rain and wonderful thunder each evening typically between 5p-7p) expect the electricity to go out. I really enjoyed the decor in the apartment because it made me happy to see all of the colors as well as traditional Mexican art, a beautiful Alebrijes peacock as well as the framed photographs on the walls. Made it very authentic. Everything one could possibly need was available. Loved enjoying my tea every morning on the balcony with such gorgeous bougainvillea flowers. You won’t be disappointed!
