Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Xochimilco

I stayed here for just one night, but it was a great experience. The space was unique and thoughtfully designed, with a very comfortable bed. The location in Polanco was perfect—walking distance to tons of amazing restaurants. Would definitely recommend for a short stay in CDMX.

This accommodation was fantastic for what we were looking for. I went with my mom for two days to the city and it was a very good place to stay. The area is quiet at night, in the mornings it is a good place to walk around. My mom felt very happy since she was able to rest. It was incredible, the bed was very comfortable, and Francisco was very kind. He gave us clear directions, the communication was excellent.

A great location for exploring the city. The flat is really well set up. You will never have a friendlier, more helpful host than René. We had a great stay.

It exceeds expectations, it is even better than in the photos and Jose is always available for any questions. The staff is very friendly and understanding to store luggage. I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Mexico City 💓

Very highly recommended! It is an excellent location right next to the metro with an Oxxo across the street, so super convenient. We also really appreciated having the added security of a front desk. The apartment itself is unbelievably spacious and the rooftop is such a nice bonus. It was roomy for two people but would be best for a family or a group of 4 people since there are two bedrooms and two baths. We also really loved the beautiful decorations showcasing the art and artisan work from around Mexico.

The stay was pleasant overall. The accommodation largely corresponds to what is shown in the photos and the location is convenient, with easy access to transportation and nearby services. Cleanliness was adequate. Communication with the host was cordial and he responded in a reasonable time, which is appreciated. However, there were small aspects that could be optimized to make the experience more comfortable, such as better ventilation. Despite these points, the value for money is fair and I think it is a functional option for short stays. I recommend this place to those looking for a practical and accessible option, with the expectation of a simple but fulfilling experience.

It is located in a very quiet area, ideal for resting, and the space is comfortable, clean and perfect for accommodating three people or even four. In addition, the location is very convenient, since there are shops and services nearby. I especially note the attention of the host, who was very kind and was attentive to us at all times. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at this place in Condesa/Roma Norte. The apartment was super clean, spacious, and looked just like the photos. The location is amazing—right near Parque México and surrounded by tons of great restaurants, bars, and cafes (ie Odette, Tlecan, just to name a few). It was a good homebase. We felt really safe the whole time — there is 24/7 security in the building with the nicest security guards. The host was great—super responsive and helpful whenever we had questions and was very proactive/professional. Would definitely stay here again!

What a great place to stay right by beautiful Coyocan! The gym and pool were great and the apartment is really more like a condo - tons of space! I would definitely stay again.

My family & I enjoyed our stay at Casa Metl. The location in Roma Sur was great, close enough to all of the action but removed enough for a laid back vibe. The house is exactly as pictured. Host interation was quick and easy. Highly recommend!

An excellent place, it feels like being at home, it is the second time we have stayed in this place and the host is always attentive and cares about his guests, the house is impeccable, a good area, everything is close and accessible. We loved it and we will return on future trips we have.

We had a group of 8 and this house was absolutely perfect for us. We had more than enough rooms for everybody, even extra ones. We loved that there was so much space, it didn't feel crowded at all. You didn't have to be in your room to have privacy, you can be out in the garden, the rooftop, etc. We appreciated the multiple dining rooms. Everyone tended to gather in the kitchen because the food was there but if we wanted more space to play games or just talk, we could move to the other dining areas. We also had chefs come over and they were able to use the kitchen all to themselves while all of us stayed in the other dining room. Amenities we didn't think we needed but were actually happy to have were: laundry, the gym and restroom right by the main hall. I want to emphasize how beautiful this house was. The flooring, all the wood, the blinds were easy to use, the decor. Most of all, Samuel was an amazing guard and Hector an amazing host. They made it all the best experience!

The place was beautiful. The hosts were incredible. Very helpful and nice! The area felt so comfortable. The house was the perfect place to rest after a day of walking around.

Had the best time staying here with a group of 9!! Gorgeous space with fantastic amenities. Exactly as described, extremely comfortable, and in a great location - just a 15 minute walk to Roma Norte. There’s a fantastic coffee shop, Mandrake, right on the corner, and a great bar, Dona Vero, a block away. Truly could not be happier with our choice! Fantastic and proactive hosts who were so kind and accommodating - we were able to check in a bit early and they allowed us to leave our bags past check out and pick them up later since we had an evening flight. And when one of the toilets kept running, they sent maintenance over to have a look and resolve it just a few hours later! Highly recommended!!

Truly a unique and memorable experience. The house is absolutely huge and there are unexpected rooms and passageways everywhere you look. The AC, internet, and whole place was great overall. Very cozy and great location. appreciated the filtered water, bluetooth speaker, snacks, etc. The only downsides were that I wasn't able to use the bath as there wasn't enough water/hot water. The running water also stopped working for most of one day. Some ants appeared in the kitchen at one point but didn't bother us much or seem to stick around.
